Beautiful property, very friendly to families and dogs. The house hotel was absolutely fabulous and staff were very attentive. Staying in a house hotel was so unique and gave our trip a much needed homey feeling. If we come back this way again, we would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Country Inn outside Oban
This charming country inn is perfection! The setting is lovely, as is the view. The rooms both public and private are beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. The meals in the restaurant were very good and they had some unusual offerings. The staff were all wonderful, friendly and very service oriented. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

This was my second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Classically beautiful and comfort furnishings and decor, and so peaceful with stunning views to wake up to across the loch. The food and service was wonderful again,

We stayed New Years Day night on our way up to Mull. The room was clean and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Our evening meal was superb. Everyone made such a fuss of our dog and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. We met some guests who had been at the Hogmanay party the night before and said it was fabulous. So, we’ve booked in for New Year 2025!

Upon arrival the staff were warm , welcoming and personable. The room we stayed in had an extremely comfortable king size bed. The feather bolsters and matching cushions made relaxing and watching television at the end of the day very comfortable. The food was excellent, as were the waiters and waitresses attentive, friendly service. If I could make one suggestion it would be to possibly introduce some simple bar food for when guests feel like a light bar snack such as soup and a sandwich. We were lucky enough to be staying at the Knipoch hotel over Hogmanay, where we attended the Hogmanay celebration. The event was well organised, with an excellent meal, games and dancing into the early hours of New Year’s Day. We would definitely stay here again.
