The hotel is quite comfortable for an unpretentious tourist. The room is spacious. Minus - sometimes there was an order for sewerage. Close to the sea. The beach belongs to two hotels at the same time: Kayla City and Kala Beach. The bar on the beach has very tasty flatbreads, portioned ayran and water.

Location really good, private part of the beach. All rooms have a small balcony, huge shower and plenty of storage space. Waiting staff are extremely hard working and very friendly. Good selection of food. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room

***et was good in terms of cleanliness. TV and air conditioning were OK. Internet speed was sufficient between 5-7 mbit. Breakfast naturally seemed to be geared towards foreign tourists. But it's not bad in terms of variety. A hotel where I would stay again if I came back..

Kaila City has the best service, very good food. They hosted us like family. Lovely place and people. We would like to come back in the next year. The location near a lot of shop, bazaar, pubs, live music and beach is very close. I highly recommend this hotel.

Było wyśmienicie. Dobra obsługa, wszystko bardzo dobrze i fajnie zorganizowane. Bardzo fajni i ciepli ludzie. Pogoda bardzo ładna, codziennie słonecznie i bardzo ciepło, zero deszczu. Chcę tu jeszcze kiedyś wrócić z rodziną. Polecam.

Było bardzo fajnie, bardzo miła obsługa. Recepcja bardzo porządku, służy pomocą, bar na basenie bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony. Pokoje klimatyzowane i codziennie sprzątane. W okolicy bazar, aczkolwiek ceny są lepsze w lokalnych sklepach przy ulicy.

Good location, good food, friendly staff, clean room, smells good in the room and overall the hotel looks good. There is a gym and sauna which is nice. All the rooms are far from the elevator so it was quiet in the room. Free big bottle of water almost every day, it saved me.

Kaila это сеть отелей, около нашей Kaila CITY было еще две Килы: хризантем и бич, они 5 звезд. Некоторые путаются и пишут отзывы про другие отели, где все хорошо. Поэтому смотрите внимательнее какая именно Kaila)) Отдыхали с 30.09-06.09.2024. В первый день оказалось, что все номера заняты и нас поселили в ПОЛОВИНУ семейного номера. Стоял толстый телевизор без телевидения, номер старый и подзапущенный. На следующий день нас переселили в наш номер и в качестве извинений нам дали маленькую бутылку вина и 4 сухие печенюшки. Я считаю, что это не равноценно. Во всем отеле ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХАЯ ШУМОИЗОЛЯЦИЯ!!! Ты закрываешь все двери и окна, но все равно слышишь машины и лай на улице, как разговаривают соседи и как они ходят в туалет, как все звуки эхом разносятся в холле. Поспать у вас не получится. Шумы начинаются с 5 утра и заканчиваются только после 12 ночи. У нас не чуткий сон, но мы просыпались вздрагивая каждый день от захлопывание дверей или громких разговоров. Номера старенькие. Требуется ремонт или хотя бы заменить/починить вещи. Хоть есть вайфай по всему отелю. До пляжа нужно идти через дорогу 5-7 минут. На пляже были всегда свободные лежаки и ставили зонтики. Заход в море хороший. Когда были сильные волны, то натягивали веревку перед которой можно было безопасно купаться. Вкусная еда, выбор хороший. На завтрак делали яичницу и типо оладушки. В 16 часов давали эскимо. На ужин готовили мясо или рыбу на огне. Правда, рыбы в один вечер на всех не хватило( Вина, пиво, ром, джин и манговый ликер, если хочешь коктейль, то они стоят на 7 евро. На пляже готовят вкусные лепешки, есть безалкогольные напитки и айран. 90% всех отдыхающих это пенсионеры. Скорее всего они платили и резервировали себе на постоянной основе хорошие столы у бассейна. Развлекательной программы не было, только в первый день вечером пел мужчина под гитару. Завтрак до 10, обед начинается в 12:30, нас забирали в 12:20, при выезде с собой нам бокс с едой не дали. Было очень голодно. Kaila City на 4 звезды не тянет, больше я сюда возвращаться не буду.
