dulce, eder and all staff were great, always helpful. my room was very comfortable and spotlessly cleaned each day. breakfasts were tasty and varied. unfortunately external construction created unwanted noise but this did not detract from the excellence of the casa carlota standard. i highly recommend casa carlota!

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue maravillosa. Hugo me brindó toda la información para hacer de mi visita a Oaxaca extraordinaria. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.
