As a Hilton Diamond member, I was shocked by the subpar experience at this hotel during a recent wedding trip. Unfortunately, I didn't check reviews before booking, and it turned out to be one of the worst Hilton hotels I've ever stayed in. *Outdated and Uncomfortable Room* The room was in dire need of updating, lacking USB ports for charging electronics. The furniture was old and dated, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable, sitting on a heavy wooden platform that we repeatedly hit our legs on. The pillows were mismatched, with one being flat as a pancake. *Housekeeping Issues* Housekeeping failed to change the sheets or even make the bed on the second day of our three-day stay. *Bathroom Concerns* The bathroom had peeling caulking around the tub and a ceiling area that needed repair. *Non-Functional Hot Tub* The hot tub was out of order during our stay. *Recommendation* Unless this hotel undergoes significant renovations and improves its standards, I cannot recommend it. *Unacceptable Representation of the Hilton Brand* I am appalled that Hilton allows this hotel to operate under its name. The subpar conditions and service are a stark contrast to the quality and excellence that Hilton promises. This hotel should be held to higher standards, and if necessary, removed from the Hilton chain.
