酒店的登記入口和住宿的酒店有一段距離。住宿的環境很不錯。不過要留意有些房間是看不到山景的，而且酒店附近都有其他美食，不一定要在酒店內使用。
酒店提供的免費下午茶，很一般，而且店員態度不是很好。
晚餐只有火鍋，我們五人一起，等於沒有選擇，因為沒有理由五個人一起吃同樣的東西，所以沒有嘗試。

房間很大 但是和大廳不在一起 有電瓶車接送來回大廳和房間 早餐衹有我們一桌 最喜歡的是早晨拉開窗簾那一瞬間看到的景色 如夢如幻 太美了 房間很大 如果能提高小童洗漱用品就好了

酒店的設施都很滿意，附近風景優美，有很長的棧道，一邊散步一邊看雪山，簡直巴適極了。早餐也很豐富，選擇挺多的。餐廳的出品也很好吃，小朱的服務很親切。不過一點小問題是，被那些附近兜售紀念品的阿姨有些被打擾到了，在客廳裏面看電視，好幾個阿姨在棧道叫我出去買東西，希望改進一下保護客人私隱。除了這點總體來説還滿意。😌

酒店工作人員熱情友好，有任何問題都能及時得到解決，早餐方面也令人滿意，品種豐富，口味也不錯，餐廳環境優美，坐在窗邊就能欣賞到對面的雪山，極其愜意

酒店客房位置景觀很好，早上和下午躺床上就能看見日照金山，低頭有湖，抬頭雪山，確實很漂亮，酒店客房設施一般，早餐在西藏來説算很不錯了。

酒店位置很好，是全魯朗觀看雪山的最佳地方，房間很大，打開窗就能看到對面的雪山和湖面，愛美景的人一定不能錯過，唯一好像是淡季了沒有人氣，鎮上酒店人都很少！
