Alex and Anabella were of great help during our stay there. Anabella is a smiling machine with endless amounts of patience and organized hot water bottles to warm the beds. Alex made sure we were well fed and baked a complementary cake for our last night there. Rooms are massive! The shower is hot always.

The hotel is home away from home. It’s in a cold place and the hotel has taken the necessary measures to make it comfortable and warm. The lady at the reception who took pictures of my aunt and I was so lovely and patient. She paid attention to details. I appreciate everyone that smiled through our stay. We were well taken care of and we’d definitely come back

Housekeeping could improve their services please. How does one use one flip flop for 4 nights? Loved the food and buffet selection. Conference facilitation was well coordinated. The gala dinner was well set, kudos to Alex and Lawrence for that. Service was generally great. Thank you Panari for the free cake. We enjoyed it.

The service was excellent. It was worth the money and the hospitabilty was great. The ambience was terrific. Majority of the clients were satisfied. Looking forward to come with my family one day here and to enjoy the wonderful scenery.

My team and I had the best experience, close to none, courtesy of Alex. We went for a corporate event and Alex delivered exactly as he had promised us and more. The check in was so seamless, we arrived to find room keys waiting for us in envelopes as well as tea and very nice food. Our rooms were so so beautiful, and at night we would find hot water bottles waiting for us. On request, you also get the fireplace lit to keep the room warm. The food was exceptional, Chef Maina was really amazing. For gala dinner, Alex suprised us with a red carpet and that was so beautiful. The lounge was decorated according to the theme we wanted. Before leaving, Alex and team also suprised us with a cake. So much I could say because everything was great.The staff was really amazing and they were very cheerful and helpful I would consider again and again this place. And I highly recommend to anyone for events and accommodation

Superb establishment,the manager Alex was very professional and attended to our team in record time. The food was farm fresh while the staff there were friendly . What amazed us most,was the therapeutic Thomson waterfalls ;while watching the cosy fireplace during the evening, Not forgetting the healing steam bath and sauna. I would rate Panari Nyahururu a solid 11/10.

Very nice scenery to the forest, Thompson falls,next to the marmanet forest at the opportune time a view of elephants, without forgetting their best accommodation which it can't be compared anymore, experience to remember,also their food is remarkable.
