The hotel is a brand-new property with spacious, well-ventilated rooms and bathrooms. The food is delightful, offering a mix of local, continental, and even Indian dishes. The dining area is elevated by the presence of a live band during dinner, adding a lovely ambiance. The hotel boasts of a well-equipped gym too. The service is efficient, making the stay comfortable overall. However, I am rating the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 due to issues with the swimming pool. The pool is far too small for a hotel that accommodates so many guests. When I visited at 7 PM on December 27th, the area was overcrowded and noisy, making it impossible to swim comfortably. To add to this, I was appalled to witness a lapse in hygiene enforcement. Two female guests were permitted to swim in regular clothing—one in track bottoms and a jacket, and another in a cotton shirt. Initially, the guard on duty correctly stopped them, but the managerial staff, after being confronted by the aggressive guests, allowed them into the pool. This blatant disregard for pool hygiene standards forced me to leave immediately, as it raised serious concerns about water contamination. This incident raises a larger question about the management’s ability to enforce rules and prioritize the comfort and safety of all guests. Allowing exceptions for rule-breakers sets a poor precedent and compromises hygiene for everyone. My suggestion to the hotel’s senior management: please ensure that your staff, particularly managers, are trained to uphold the rules firmly. If managers yield under pressure, it undermines the authority of the entire team. No guest should be allowed to swim in improper attire under any circumstances. For those concerned about modesty, options like full-coverage swimwear are readily available, or they can simply choose not to swim. Also the bathrooms in the pool area need to be stocked with shower gel and few hooks to hang clothes I hope this issue is addressed promptly to maintain the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Date of this incident at swimming pool: 27th December Time : at around 7.15 pm
