The hotel is quite standard. I think if I go to a small town in England again, I will book the Grand Hotel, the hotel where the Queen of England once stayed. There is also a great Thai restaurant, Grand Thai, and a high-quality souvenir shop to visit, and a children's playground for children to play with.

The room is large and the furniture is simple. The bed is not very soft, I like this slightly harder mattress. The chef's breakfast and dinner are good and more suitable for Chinese appetite. Since it's a budget hotel (so they claim), no toilet amenities are provided. All hv to be purchased. No hand towels either. Unfriendly staff. Ordinary breakfast and other meals. Wooden floors so they make lot of noise. Noise levels high fr corridors.

House Keeping work is nicely done. We appreciate the work done by them. Bed was also done up beautifully. The view from our room is awesome. Only one thing I would like that you charge for dairy creamer & not provide napkin in the room & they are chargeable.

This humongous and gaudy hotel located on a very narrow side street in the pretty Nuwara eliya town of Srilanka is eminently forgettable. The reception on our arrival was noisy and scary. The rooms are massive and that adds to the hollow interiors of the hotel. Any small sound in any part of the hotel amplifies and echoes throughout and my daughter and I had a terrible sleep in the only night we spent there. Soon after checking in, we had to call house keeping for towels, maintenance for plumbing problems, before we could even freshen up after a long drive. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was a massive garrage hall with bright gaudy lighting and below average food quality. We checked out soon after breakfast at the fastest speed we could muster. If any one wants to stay on this property they can do so at their own cost

Rooms are excellent, housekeeping staff,room attended shehan and housekeeping co ordinator Krishna Kumari were very helpful Climate is cool.............................................food is good........................

We had a great experience in this hotel...being pure vegetarian,we have got some nice veg things to eat.. tasty also ..Ruwan was the person who was there to make us comfortable in the restaurant...Thank u so much Ruwanfor your kind help😊🙏
