The scenery of the hotel is absolutely perfect! When I ordered it, I didn’t expect it to be so beautiful when I saw the picture! The room size is average but the view is worth it! The butler also took us to visit the vegetable garden at the back. The ingredients in the hotel are all grown in this vegetable garden.

Wooden structure hotel, there are children running around in the corridor at night, noisy! The most unbearable thing is that someone in the upstairs room keeps moving the furniture

We had a great stay at the Jetwing St. Andrews. We were welcomed very warmly by Gowry, who created together with her team a very nice honeymoon experience for me and my wife. Starting with a nice surprise in our room and always helpful with any requests. Thank you for having us.

Amazing hospitality, yummy foods and attentive staff. We had a relaxing time. Beautiful weather and surroundings. The staff was very supportive and catered to all our requirements. Très bel hôtel, soigné, personnel très sympathique et attentionné, une mention particulière pour Nibal et Salman extrêmement serviables. Les repas sont très bons et magnifiquement présentés. Même si les plats principaux sont servis tièdes.

We stayed for 2 nights, was a beautiful relaxing stay. Gardens were spectacular, many comfortable places to sit, relax and admire the views. Location ideal, short walk into town centre if you feel like exploring. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Special mention to Sahas, the younger bartender who was very attentive and kind. And also Gowry who never hesitated to meet our needs.

Accomodation is next level highly recommend when in Sri Lanka staff are very committed and very personal. Highly recommend this facility as its staff are superb and very friendly. The rooms are totally clean and spacious . Alen was amazing and had fantastic service from him at dinner.

This felt like home with the added touch of indulgence and luxury. The hotel is beautiful with stunning manicured lawns and gardens which just call out to be photographed. The reception areas all have real fireplaces which are lit in the evenings with burning logs to give that extra cozy feeling on the cooler evenings. The staff are all so welcoming and can’t do enough to make you feel relaxed and special. I would like to mention a few in particular who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed and they are Inoch, Gayan, Rusinu, Gahas and Shane in the bar area and Umesh, Malisha and Alen in the restaurant. I send you all a special thank you for your kind and considerate attention during our 2 night stay in the most beautiful room 301 which we were very grateful to have been assigned. We wish you all continued success.

Todo el personal muy amable, y servicial. Hotel antiguo estilo colonial pero muy buen cuido, habitaciones grandes El staff , servicio comida tipo bufet muy variada. Todo muy bien, Lo recomendaré porque vale la pena. Mucho contraste con la temperatura hay que volver ropa de abrigo estamos a 1800 metros
