Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a well maintained and well appointed old property. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with a lot to choose from. They had local newspapers available, written in English in a nice room set up for relaxing in.

This is a great home stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. There is a lovely English style cottage garden to sit in and enjoy the morning sun with a cup of tea. There are 2 lounge areas, so it was perfect for sitting and having a nightcap after dinner. The absolute highlight of our stay was the host, Ragu. He went out of his way to help us and make sure that everything was perfect. He was full of great local knowledge and tips. He cooked us a Sri Lankan breakfast, which was delicious and enormous. I would definitely stay here again and do not hesitate to recommend it. It's great value for your money.

The Hill cottege is a small bungalow situation middle of Nuwaraeliya city. Clean, well maintained room with wifi, and all other needs. Shiva,Ragu,Jim and other guys gave were very helpful souls. Food was served hot,fresh and so delicious. Reasonable price with beautiful stay ❤️ A place to go for sure !

Cottage anglais juste à côté du club house de la ville. L’hôtel est soit disant de haut standing ce qui ne nous a pas semblé être le cas. Nous n’avions pas la plus jolie chambre. Chambre poussiéreuse, style anglais démodé. Nous avons eu très froid et le chauffage d’appoint est à peine suffisant. Dîner du soir « imposé » dans une salle de la maison où nous avons eu très froid. Petit déjeuner correct … sans plus. Personnel agréable.

A beautiful place to spend your holiday and relax. Delicious food and rooms were really clean and nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service provided by all staff members and a special thank you to Mr.Shiva and Mr.Frank for all the help & support given throughout our stay. For sure will visit again.

Very nice small hotel set in a colonial style bungalow, with a well laid out garden. They have just a few rooms, so the vibes are very homely contrasting to the plastic commercial hotels ! On a hill station, staying in a colonial style place adds to one’s experience. Location of the hotel is very good, very close to the golf course, post office and Victoria park, however tracing it was a little challenge as sign boards were missing. They need to put sign board on the main road, like other hotels did. It was a comfortable stay with hot water, twin bed and other basic amenities. The staff was courteous. Highly recommended if not looking for a star rating.
