OK, but not worth the price. The room is relatively small, especially the corner of the bed where it is easy to hit your legs. I hope it can be improved.

This place looks amazing and we stayed 3 days and had a very good experience. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming also given us their best professional service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to have a relaxed experience on the hills.

Westbury Palace, (zoals de naam al zegt) is een waar paleis, zowel qua inrichting, stijl en beleving. Van zodra je binnen komt ervaar je de grandeur van het verleden. Versailles is nooit veraf, de muren hangen vol met schilderijen van de Franse adel, ook al hebben de Britten hier gezeten. Verwarmd buitenzwembad, jacuzzi in de kamer? Massagetafels en stoombad beschikbaar, Het hotelpersoneel is fantastisch, het eten magnifiek...dit is een echte aanrader ! Wanneer je iets apart zoekt in Nuwara is this the place to be.

This boutique hotel has an amazing experience like vikotrian age. The meals are amazing with private chef and waiter everyone nice and all accommodations int eh hotel are amazing - very recommended when you are in nuwara eliya. Rooms are amazing a must experience like kings

We (newly married couple) spent 3 nights at this amazing place. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the pool is warm and has an amazing view, the food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly. We treated ourselves with a treatment in the spa facility, which we highly recommend. Don’t miss out on this amazing place and don’t forget to play a round of poule against Yasodharan (warning: he is really good).

Love the whole bungalow almostphere, British ambience that have created . Rooms are very clean . Excellent service overall. They are highlight is the breakfast.Cozy environment. Beautiful garden. Good is amazing . Balcony with 360 view is iconic .

I had a very pleasant stay at Westbury during the Misty Season. The views in the morning with the mountains engulfed in Mist and the Dew that was set overnight was second to none. The most important aspect of this property is the personalized service that was provided by the staff. Whether it be late at night or early in the morning, the staff was always helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend anyone who's travelling either solo or with family to choose Westbury as it definitely provides value for every cent you spend.
