很晚才到，很早就出發了，酒店什麼樣子都沒見到。感覺到服務很好，房間的隔音也很好，很安靜。由於氣温很低，房間居然有取暖設備，非常周到。

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden... Es stürmt und regnet. Tolle Aussicht über die angrenzenden Hänge! Freundlicherweise befindet sich ein Heizkörper im Zimmer. TucTuc vom Hotel in die Innenstadt ist empfehlenswert und sollte ca 600 Rp kosten.....

Amazing location with great views. Friendly staff. Good food. The buffet was good. Mix of Sri lankan and western spreads. Has a nice selection of liquor as well. Spacious rooms with heater. The only issue was hot water in the shower. It's lukewarm. Otherwise, it is a good place.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and delicious (wish pork was also served). The view is out of this world. Will recommend to anyone and also will comeback next time as well

The room looks nothing like the one in their website. It was at the end of a steep staircase and looked like a servants quarters with the laundry area right next door which raised questions on security. After much discussion, they offered another room which was the size of a match box and equally old and dingy, certainly not a place you would like to stay in during a holiday. The hotel definitely needs an overhaul. The staff need to listen to their customers and try to resolve their issues. The hotel did not even have a cab service. Pathetic - would not recommend.

This hotel has a stunning location on the edge of a steep valley with amazing views. The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning that worked. The food was good and the dining room has similar views of the valley. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a small private balcony outside each room.

Unser Guide hatte uns für eine Nacht hiet eingebucht .Das Hotel liegt am Hang und hat einen tollen Blick in Tal und den See. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Zimmer, daher hatten wir gute Aussicht. Allerdings war zwar das Zimmer riesig, jedoch das Bad sehr klein Alles wirkte abgenutzt, aus einer besseren Zeit ....Die Türen waren sehr merkwürdig, eher eine Lagertür, als eine Zimmertür. JEDOCH, der Service war wie überall im Land Gastorientiert. Das Essen wurde serviert, da nur wenige Gäste da waren und es war sehr gut.

Excellent service over all. Good was the highlight and of course the cleanliness within and everywhere was good. Forget office process is simple and straightforward. Our request for a good room facing the valley was honoured! We started for a day but was fulfilling.
