Not satisfied at all. Specializes in cheating Chinese people. I booked a family double room and was given a business room. The price difference will not be refunded.

There was an issue with being charged again when making a payment, but chat customer service was able to help.
It seemed like a procedural mistake on the part of the hotel.
There was also a supermarket next door, so it was very convenient.

Very good 4 Star Hotel, good room, spacy, DARK, Clean, bath OK, but Not Hügel
Pool too cold. Brrr.

Arrival and check-in was very friendly and accommodating. We had registered a late arrival by phone, but it wouldn't have been necessary. Everything worked out perfectly. The underground car park was practical and had parking bays that were not too small as we have experienced several times.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the wellness department because our stay was very tight.
We also skipped breakfast because an hour more of restful sleep was a better solution for us. (There was plenty of coffee later...)
The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the beds (mattresses) weren't worn out, but were really hard and very comfortable.
All in all a great price-performance ratio.
Very happy again, a recommendation for Nürtingen.

Wir übernachteten im Best Western nach einem langen Tag im LEGO Land und nutzten die Location als Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch der Outlet Mallsnin Menzingen. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und modern. Für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Parkmöglichkeit in House in der Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr möglich. Frühstücksbuffet solala, aber es hatte alles, kommt halt auf die Ansprüche an. Für Abendessen empfehlen wor das nahe gelegene und zu Fuss erreichbare Ristorante Valentino.
