Ich habe das Hotel im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung für zwei Nächte gebucht. Weder das Hotel, noch die Seminarbetreuung hat mich vollständig überzeugt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Kleine Gärten und Ruheoasen, ein Zen-Garten und auch ein Teich mit Koi-Karpfen ist vorhanden. Mein Zimmer war zur Straße, welche extrem laut war und meinen Schlaf stark beeinträchtigt hat. Zum Seminar gab es im Rahmen der Tagungspauschale Getränke und Snacks. Als wir am ersten Vormittag eine etwas spätere Pause - außerhalb der üblichen Seminarzeiten hatten, wurde schnell alles abgeräumt und Kaffee und Tee/Getränke wurden nur noch auf Rechnung ausgeschenkt. Und das trotz berechneter Tagungspauschale. Auch beim Essen waren sowohl die Portionen, als auch das Gebotene extrem unterschiedlich (ich hatte fast nur Tomaten im Salat, mein Nachbar fast keine). Alles in allem wird das Hotel meines Erachtens seinem Anspruch nicht gerecht.

A lot of attention and significant budgets have been devoted to the layout of the Ryokan suites. Special mention should be made of the sliding frames with integrated blinds. The occasional low-flying planes are not too inconvenient. The room cleaners take their work very seriously: even the bathroom sink drain is polished! It is all the more unfortunate to see that the technical maintenance is not at the same level. See photo of the shower seal in suite 215, which should have been replaced a long time ago. The staff is very friendly. Special mention for the professionalism of the restaurant's Head Waiter. A suggestion: install surveillance cameras in the establishment's private car park. This might have prevented someone from scratching the side of my vehicle for almost two metres using a key.

The hotel has won many awards, which is also reflected in the prices. We were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast waitress, Ms. R. Lu, was extremely unfriendly to us, apparently just annoyed by the guests, which was extremely unprofessional overall. On the day of departure, housekeeping was at the door long before check-out time and insisted on cleaning the room. Overall, we would not recommend it.

We love coming here to unwind! The service is professional, which is unfortunately not so common anymore! The menu changes and there is a daily special with recommendations! Wundervolle Tagungslocation zum Wohlfühlen mit vielen liebevollen Details im gesamten Hotel schönen verteilten Sprüchen überall Kunstobjekten, und einem super leckeren Restaurant UnvergESSliches ESSEN dort. Schön urig und trotzdem charmantes modernes Restaurant mit super engargiertem freundlichen und zurvorkommendem Service die auch individuelle Anliegen berücksichtigen. Leckeres Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt- Suite wundervoll eingerichtet mit freihstehendem Kamin und Badewanne aus Holz im Zimmer. Als Gast wird man mit Details und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten immer und überll herzlich willkommen geheißen (Nikolaus am Nikolaustag :) ) Modernes Bdezimmer mit Regendusche und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zum Innenhof auch nachts ruhig gelegen. Als Semnar eine super Location die einlädt auch privat öferts zu kommen privat. Gerne jedrzeit wieder!

We spent two nights at this hotel as part of a family celebration. We had a large room with a roof terrace (which we didn't use at that time of year). The room was clean and specially designed (there were obviously various motorcycle rooms available). The entire complex makes a good impression - but is also a bit built up. The breakfast was OK, but we weren't particularly impressed. It takes more than 30 minutes to get to Nuremberg city center by car - I can't comment on the public transport connections. We got a special price as part of the family celebration, the normal price was relatively high. Overall, it's definitely recommended, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is too high.
