Hotel Nautilos Nuquí

This hotel group sells a package with a charter flight included Bogotá-Nuqui and return to your hotel in Nuqui. Nothing like it, Bogotá-Medellín with a 6-hour connection to Nuqui at the Medellín airport, informing me of this fact two days before departure. Their way of justifying it is that Civil Aviation requires them to have a connection between one flight and another national flight of 6 hours......impressive. Upon return I had a reservation for 11:00 a.m. Nuqui Medellín and without prior notice when checking in they told me that my flight is at 1:00 p.m. Apart from all this, the lack of politeness that I try to get in touch with them and they don't answer the phone. For anyone reading this comment, I do not recommend the Nautilos hotel group at all. You can freely choose much better hotels in Nuqui and take your flights independently at the time that best suits you. They will tell you that in observations they may happen that they do not have space for a charter flight but I bought this package two months in advance. Traveling to a paradisiacal place like this and where one knows that certain needs may be lacking, it cannot happen that some rooms have running water for showering and others do not, as happened every day.
