Last year, we had an amazing experience. This year the hotel was under construction, therefore the lobby was closed and restaurants were limited. They did accommodate us to use an “outside” restaurant. We made the best of everything. Staff was still amazing. Our first room had an ant problem and I was given a can of raid the first night. After that they were good about changing our room. We booked through Costco and shame on them for not ever notifying us of the construction. I would say this is a great average hotel. Their sister property emotions is disgusting. So don’t bother. I don’t think I will be back, I think there is way better out there for your money. The one thing that does set this resort apart from others is the 2 bedrooms, which is great when you have teenagers.

Compared to the all-inclusive hotels I've been to before, it's a bit smaller. So the restaurant and pool were not crowded, which was nice. The room was also very clean, and the whirlpool bath in the room was especially great.
