Las instalaciones externas están bien, acogedoras, limpias, buena ubicación si llevas carro, alberca con agua caliente, playa accesible. Personal amable, mucha seguridad. Te da acceso a las instalaciones de vidanta, excepto a las albercas. En las habitaciones las camas y el mobiliario ya es viejo, por el precio esta bien. Pero la limpieza no es buena, huele mucho a humedad, el aire acondicionado no enfria bien, solo tienden las camas, no lavan las tazas, no limpiaron en 4 días. Te venden unos cupones de $750 para alimentos, es barato pero la cómida no es buena. Las bebidas en la alberca son caras y muy pequeñas, la cocteleria no es buena. Se puede comer en restaurantes cercanos, muy rico y precios accesibles.

Hola, me pareció una muy buena opción ahora que no buscaba un todo incluido, te ofrecen cuponeras para desayunar, comer y cenar a buen precio. Todos los alimentos se me hicieron muy ricos, las bebidas si están un poco caras pero aproveche las horas feliz que te dan 2x1. Te dan muy buen trato todo el personal muy amables y siempre al pendiente sobre todo un mesero de nombre Marco. La limpieza de 10, si lo recomiendo ampliamente. La playa 🏖️ muy hermosa me encantó. Si le doy en general un 9 de calificación

From checkin to departure the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always had smiles on their faces. We had the regular hotel room with 2 double beds (they were comfortable) and a bar fridge. Hair dryer did not work so they installed a new one. Pool was not too cold, and there were a lot of lounges. Unfortunately, like most places, people put towels, books, etc on them at 8 in the morning (against Hotel rules). The beach was expansive and also had a lot of lounge chairs & palapas. We didn’t buy the meal plan as it was expensive. Bought a few groceries to have breakfast in our room and then ate out at some of the many great restaurants nearby. Did buy 2 hamburgers for lunch poolside but it was very expensive. We would return to Ocean Breeze (now called Sea Garden).

Pros: * The pool, the beach and the restaurant are near each other no need to make a lot of steps like other hotels. * Good service either you look like mexican or like foreign * Climate pool * This hotel does not waist ALL your time on parking or trains as (Vidanta grand luxx or Grand Mayan) * The pizza is delicious Cons: * Pool hours should close at 10 pm instead of 9 pm * Ice machine location Special thanks to Karen Galaviz at the lobby for the check inn and the check out. She make us feel very welcome on this long trip. Notes: *Ocean breeze seems to be Sea Garden, so its part of Vidanta *You should call the hotel to see the smoking rules. I believe 420 is not allowed on the beach or any hotel location, but I can not tell.

Este Hotel tiene la PEOR atencion en Recepcion tanto para el registro como para la Salida.
- Te atiende todo el tiempo de mal humor
- Son tardadisimos
-Priorizan en atender a los extrajeros vs los locales.
- son totalmente Inflexibles y te forzan a hacer lo que ellos quieren, basados en su politica.
- Cuando reservas no ponen advertencias de sus politicas pero te aplican cuando llegas, cuando no ya no tienes mas que aceptar.

El hotel está muy bonito y en la comparación precio - calidad creo que es muy buena. El único pero qje le pongo es que tanto para el check in y el check out nos llevó más de media hora.
