We also knew about the isolation of the complex, but: the bungalows are getting old, there is rubbish everywhere in the complex and it is extremely dingy and neglected. The deck chair cushions are moldy and green things are growing out of them. When we saw the kitchen, we didn't want to eat there anymore under any circumstances. Leftover food was on the table between the kitchen and the toilet. The counter at the breakfast break was full of rubbish, dirty cleaning rags next to the board where fruit is cut, no thanks. We therefore had to walk 20 minutes to eat. In Yoon's kitchen it seemed more hygienic and there was more circulation. The reception in the entrance area is not used, instead there is a fully packed table in the dining room for the reception. The staff constantly sweeps the path between the bungalows, and that's it. We tried to talk to the only English-speaking employee (the manager?), but he didn't understand “our problem”. It's a shame, because the location on the long beach is good, close to the airport and as a starting point for the islands. The facility is certainly not a resort, everything needs a thorough overhaul, not just cosmetic repairs. Where the good reviews in the booking portals come from is a mystery to me!
