Excelente hotel que cuida todos los detalles, la impresión de limpieza y mantenimiento es muy buena. Cómo en todos los Meliá su personal es un valor añadido, magnificos profesionales y siempre con ganas de agradar. La restauración es muy buena tanto al mediodía en el restaurante Entrevientos como el buffet por la noche, me gustaría agradecer el magnífico trabajo de José, Paco, Leonor y Diego de Entrevientos y a Jesús, Fernando y Raúl del Patio El servicio del gimnasio quizás es el que más me ha gustado de los Meliá, gra Meliá y Paradisus de los muchos que conozco, no es muy grande pero tiene de todo, es luminoso y ventilado pero lo mejor,sin duda, son los entrenadores personales José María y Fran que son buenos profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier tema. Lo único que no me ha gustado es la escasa información que que recibes al llegar al hotel es un poco "búscate la vida" y una vez que fui al equipo del guest expirence a recabar información me la dieron mal. Por supuesto volveré lo antes posible ! Enhorabuena!

Sin dudas el mejor de la zona. Conserva personal antiguo que trabajan con profesionalidad. Todos atentos. La calidad de las comidas muy bien. La bolleria no es de lo mejor pero comparado con otros hoteles de la zona. Ni hablar. Embutidos genial. Carnes buenas . Muy bien el buffet en organización y calidad. Los postres un 8. Panes 9 Carnes 9 Cafe en red level. 9 Servicio 10 Frutas 10 Limpieza 10 Personal 10 Repetire ya que de los 5 estrellas de la zona es el mejor.

Una vez mas nuestra estancia en palacio de sancti Petri ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Su personal, su ubicación y su manera de cuidar los detalles hacen que ya estemos deseando volver. Por poner un pero, hemos notado un bajón en la variedad de la comida.

Todo bien excepto los restaurantes de playa y piscina. La cocina es pésima. Lo que no está soso, está salado, las ensaladas flotando en un aceite difícil de clasificar. Los chipirones, una masa informe de harina salada, las coquinas abrasadas (ya es difícil hacer mal unas coquinas)!!! Henos comida en cuatro ocasiones para darle oportunidad y ni un plato merecía la pena. Tanto que terminábamos quitándonos el hambre con la cestita de panes que era lo único que merecía la pena. Una lastimas porque el sitio es precioso. El personal es atento y se ve que sienten nuestro disgusto pero ellos poco pueden hacer!! Cambien el cociner@ por favor !!!!!

Uitstekend hotel waar we in het Redlevel deel verbleven. Mooie kamer op de begane grond met tuin/terras en zeezicht. Ruime kamer met prima bedden en badkamer. Bijzonder vriendelijk en attent personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Extra’s van het Redlevel deel bevielen ook prima. Al met al een top verblijf.

Wir waren 9 Tage in diesem phantastischen Hotel und was soll ich sagen.Es ist eine 10/10. Als wir ankamen und bei einer sehr netten blonden Dame eingecheckt sind wurden wir danach von einem Herrn auf das Zimmer begleitet der uns Alles auf dem Zimmer erklärt hat was wir als sehr zuvorkommend empfunden haben. Das Premium Zimmer ein Traum mit wunderschöner Ausstattung.Kopfkissen Menü,Nespresso Kaffeemaschine,Flasche Weisswein,luxuriösen Bad Produkten und Aufdeckservice mit Schokolade am Abend. Das Personal war so freundlich und zuvorkommend.Egal was wir brauchten uns wurde sofort geholfen. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab jeden Tag am Buffet etwas Anderes-sehr zu empfehlen.Zum Frühstück gab es auch Sekt und frisch gepressten Orangensaft Wir waren mehrere Tage am Strand und eine junge Dame ist mir besonders positiv aufgefallen.Sie hieß Marta.Sie fragte uns immer freundlich,ob wir was bräuchten und Sie etwas für uns tun kann. Was sehr positiv hervorzuheben war, war der Valet Parking Service für unseren Mietwagen. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.Wir würden wiederkommen
