The hotel is located near the train station in Sarajevo. It is quite convenient to travel. There is a gas station at the door and the parking lot is very large. It should be the largest parking lot hotel in Sarajevo. It is difficult to find in the old town, but it is quite a long way away from the old town. It is recommended to call There are relatively few parking spaces for taxis to the old town.

Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice. The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.

Let me tell my experience in Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana. We stayed as couple last January. We didn't expect the room was really huge. 2 bedrooms - 1 masters bedroom and 1 is normal room. 2 washroom. They have everything. As expecting that it is aparthotel. You will never feel that you are away from home. Washing machine, big fridge, stove, winter halter machine, toast master, dining set and soooo on. I'm very impressed. All staffs are attentive and friendly. Bosmal will never disappoint you because it is located in the heart of the city. Just walk a little bit and you will find everything you need for. Go by bus and they will guide you. Not even, bosnian people are very very friendly. I really recommend this place especially on winter time to spend your holiday here. And never forget to choose Bosmal Rotana if you want to experience an exceptional stay and service. We are eagerly to come back next winter. The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

We checked in at the hotel as a gymnastics team on 20.09.2024 at 12:00 to participate in the competition to be held on 21.09.2024. Our gymnasts wanted to tour the city before the competition and we left the hotel around 14:30 and returned at 18:00. The receptionist called us and said that ”we have to leave the hotel in the morning of 21.09.2024, the hotel will be under repairs”. Although we showed her the e-mail correspondence stating that they had confirmed our rooms for the nights of 20.09.2024 and 21.09.2024 and that we would participate in the competition on 21.09.2024, therefore, it would not be possible for us to leave the rooms because the gymnasts would go to the gym early in the morning for the competition, the woman at the reception said in an extremely rude manner that our situation or the reservation confirmation doesn't matter and that we had to leave the rooms no matter what. Thereupon, we stated that we were customers and guests at the hotel and that they could not speak to us in this manner and ended the conversation. After all, they were going to take us out of the hotel and they were doing this to a sports team. I have traveled to countless countries, stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time in my life that I have experienced such disgrace. This is a disgraceful hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. The way the receptionist spoke and the way he spoke were rude and unbecoming of the unit he worked in.

We stayed at this campsite for one night. It's the ideal location for a visit to Sarajevo. The tram is just a short walk away, and it gets you into the old town within 30 minutes. The campsite itself is rather big, has some huge trees to provides shade and also has a modern and very clean toilet block. However, there is only one toilet block for the whole campsite. Wifi is also available for free, but only in the reception and restaurant area. We also had small problems with the electricity. There are only very few power distribution boxes and you need a rather long cable to reach one of them.
