Sono stata 2 notti in questo hotel10 giorni fa con mio marito per via di un intervento che dovevo fare all’ospedale Maggiore. Ci siamo trovati bene che avevamo la nostra camera al 4 piano n. 401 . Grande, spaziosa e luminosa e l’unica cosa che abbiamo trovato in bagno sul soffitto c’erano delle crepe (che bisogna dare una sistemata). Per la colazione c’era tanta scelta dal salato al dolce. Ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione erano stati pronti a darci una risposta. Per arrivare all’ospedale ci vuole 5 minuti in auto. Premessa: in questo hotel non danno né pranzo né cena. Peccato. Comunque per chi deve soggiornare con tranquillità per lavoro o per andare in ospedale ve lo consiglio.

La hall e la sala delle colazioni sono un piccolo museo di antiquariato. Le stanze sono grandi e pulite. Si parcheggia comodamente in strada nelle vicinanze. Per chi non volesse muovere l'auto in 10/15 minuti si è in centro e vi è un comodo supermercato proprio alle spalle dell'hotel.

Looks great on website but a close inspection shows a bit of tender loving care is needed. Situated in a nice residential area next to a supermarket. The staff were very good and could not do enough for us. The room although spacious with a large bed was a bit tired looking. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although there were vending machines on the ground floor Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. On the web it indicates a restaurant but this was not open at all! In addition there was also no bar!

The hotel was choosed due to the location near the beautiful lakes in north Lombardia and other beautiful towns. We staid 7 days with HB meals of good quality and variety. The reception and halls were like a museum decorated with vintage objects. Hotel clean but noisy due to the very poor insulation of the rooms. We had bad luck 2 nights with 2 different groups of italian teenagers makeing much noise, acting like hooligangs and the people in reception were of not much help, unfortunately. However, our stay there was pleasant except the remark.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per un evento sportivo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, pulita, calda, arredata con amore. Elisa della reception gentile disponibile e professionale. Aziz ci ha accolto nella sala ristorante con un'ottima colazione e tanta simpatia. Se torneremo in zona ci rivedremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto

Hotel centrale, grande, con ampie camere ben arredate e grandi bagni. Ad un prezzo assolutamente contenuto, si ha un alloggio veramente spazioso con un letto enorme e molto comodo. TV con decoder Sky. Buona la colazione con una gentilissima signora in sala. Ottima la pulizia ovunque. Troppi oggetti d'arredo ed altro nelle zone comuni che danno un senso di oppressione. Parcheggio facile nei pressi della struttura.

De passage à Novara, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel (déjà fréquenté lors d'un voyage à Milan en 2015). Les chambres sont correctes (literie, salle de bains, taille) mais très mal insonorisées. Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber à côté de gens fort mal élevés qui ont regardé des matchs de foot jusqu'à une heure avancée, en criant comme s'ils étaient au stade. Aucun rappel à l'ordre n'a été efficace et ils étaient debout le lendemain à 7h tout aussi bruyants. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Nous nous sommes plaints à la réception, l'employée était désolée mais aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Soggiornare a La Bussola di Novara è sempre un piacere. Comodo arrivarci, comodo il parcheggio (si trova sempre senza tanti problemi), facilmente si arriva in centro (oppure il titolare don Zeno vi offre un piacevole passaggio!), ma il plus è offerto dalle camere! Spaziose, pulite, comode, silenziose, letti ampi e molto confortevoli, ampio anche il bagno. Nessun appunto da fare!

There was mix up with booking when we arrived but that was sorted with an upgrade. The suite was very nice until we found we had no hot water. Down to reception to be informed that as mainly business hotel hot water is switched off during day (Do business people arriving in day never want to freshen up?!) Anyway was then switched on and told we would have hot water in 5 minutes. We wanted to leave early morning as had long drive so no hot water again. In my many decades on travels this is a first. Bizarre.
