Das Mondschein

Avrei dato 5 stelle, ma credo che ci siano piccoli margini di miglioramento. Il posto è molto bello, il personale gentilissimo e i servizi molto buoni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una suite e forse qualcosina manca: i prodotti del bagno potrebbero essere migliori e ci si aspetterebbe di trovare un bollitore. La spa è bella e ampia, ci sarebbe il posto per un'ulteriore sauna e soprattutto nella terrazza solarium si potrebbe mettere una vasca idromassaggio visto che il posto non manca. Per ultimo, direi che forse offrire la cena a menù fisso per un hotel a 4 stelle non è il massimo, sarebbe preferibile avere una scelta. Per fortuna il cibo è ottimo e la colazione favolosa.Con piccole accortezze sarebbe senza dubbio un resort di lusso.

Hotel che complessivamente rispetta le aspettative. Camera di livello, probabilmente più di quanto ci aspettassimo. Zona spa fornita di quanto necessario, tutto moderno e accogliente. Colazione e cena sempre di ottimo livello. Purtroppo manca di qualche attenzione al dettaglio: -pulizia delle camere un giorno è stata saltata -servizio ai tavoli non sempre impeccabile -menu con qualche errore di italiano nei piatti proposti (una caprese che era di fatto formaggio con bresaola; fagioli che di fatto erano fagiolini ecc…) -tisane zone relax finite nel primo pomeriggio e mai rimpinguate - “bollettino del mattino” proposto in sola lingua tedesca e poi eventualmente scambiato in lingua italiana. La valutazione complessiva dell’esperienza rimane comunque positiva. Con qualche dettaglio più curato avrebbe sicuramente 5/5.

Ottimo hotel in una posizione veramente strategica, vicino a molti posti d'interesse. La camera nuovissima, spaziosa e luminosa, unico neo, la mancanza di un bollitore, sarebbe stato bello godersi una tisana sul balcone ascoltando il suono del fiume sottostante! Spa curata in ogni dettaglio, i pomeriggi passati tra sauna e piscina sono stati all'insegna del relax! Colazione favolosa! Un ringraziamento speciale per gli auguri di buon compleanno ricevuti la mattina assieme ai pan cake!! Gesto apprezzato davvero tanto!

Bell’albergo scovato per caso. Posto tranquillo vicino alle piste di Obereggen. Possibilità di raggiungere le piste con bus di linea con ticket gratuito fornito dall’albergo. Buon cibo, belle camere, bella spa! Peccato siamo arrivati tardi per la S.P.A… Anche il personale molto gentile. Si consiglia.

We had booked a full moon suite long in advance during the carnival holidays. On express tel. When we asked, junior manager Nina confirmed to us that there is one that consists of two double rooms with connecting doors. Access to the bathroom in the suite with room number 303 is possible from both rooms. I then confirmed the booking of this exact suite for us and our 14-year-old son by email. The booking price was agreed. Months later, we arrived in the moonlight at the start of our vacation and were given room 102 with a double bed, bathroom and a passage without a door or curtain to a mini living area with a couch. This, which was much too small for our son who is 180cm tall, was prepared as a bed. We also wanted two separate rooms, otherwise we would never have booked in Mondschein. Complaints and requests for the reserved suite came to nothing. It turned out that the suite 303 we had reserved had been rented to another family of 4 who were staying longer than the 5 days we had booked. Nina wanted to try to organize a double room and a single room for us the next day. If possible, one room would have been on the 3rd floor and the other on the 1st floor. Since our son is diabetic and we monitor his blood sugar at night, that wasn't a solution. The room assigned to us was apparently also a full moon suite, even newly renovated. We decided to leave that evening after neither the senior nor the junior manager could guarantee us two rooms next to each other for the next day and were asked to announce this immediately so that the room could be unlocked again. The highlight was that for one night we paid the same price for the accommodation allocated to us as for the two double rooms with a bathroom and a connecting door. Dear Nina, despite your countless apologies, that was a no-go and, according to German travel law, a clear violation of the travel contract, even if you tried to excuse yourself by not expressly reconfirming my booking confirmation for room 303. The room was apparently re-let immediately, so our departure didn't bother you any further. We wanted to save ourselves further trouble and go skiing, so we paid the asking price and were able to spontaneously find a better hotel for the remaining four nights. Be happy with it. No matter how you answer this, we feel ripped off and I will pass this on to my motorcycle friends and acquaintances,

Struttura nuova ed accogliente camere ben insonorizzare, colazione insuperabile, cena in atmosfera intima e molto attenta con impiattamenti da ristoranti stellati oltre a qualità del cibo. Sala relax e personale tutto al top, a presto

Food and breakfast great 5 star rooms spacious nicely furnished. Bus stops in front of the house. All in all, I can only thank the Mondschein team and recommend them 😊🔝
