Very friendly staff, very accommodating and welcoming upon arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The facilities was amazing especially the pool. Very happy and thank you

We were not satisfied, we asked the staff twice for help, we did not receive it, then I called the reception several times, no one answered, the bathroom did not meet all expectations, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Fantastic stay. Staff extremely friendly, especially. John and Dominic who work behind the bar. The rooms are fabulous, showers amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Nottingham for trip.

Came to the hotel using a bonus break, hotel was very clean and modern. Room big enough with a comfortable bed and shower was powerful. Imani on reception was exceptionally helpful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in to the time check out came around. She even helped me find my heartist card so I could apply my 50% discount to our food and drink, this was very well received indeed and made our stay that bit more special!

Reception staff very helpful, barstaff work very hard and Mykhailo he is very good at making an excellent whisky old fashioned cocktail not on the menu. Exceptional service. Our suite room very spacious and great value for money would definitely come back again.
