"Really don’t advise anyone to stay there, not sure how they got good reviews. Staff are dishonest people and service is just bare minimum. The outside looks nice but the rooms are stuffy and our fan was not working. They told us we could tell them if we wanted to switch to air con but when we asked, they said that it’s still considered winter so they can’t switch on the air con. We told them our fan is not working and they just told us to leave the window and door open??? What? Our room is on the ground floor and we are suppose to feel safe doing that? Worse thing is we accidentally left some money in the safe after we left, our fault but we called them and told them about so we drove back to get it, and they actually took about 300 Euros of our cash! Wow! Really, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you’re looking for genuine service and honest staff. Really spoilt our trip and we felt so upset after that. Just couldn’t wait to leave the place."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the very centre of Noto. We had two very well decorated and comfortable superior rooms on the main floor. The staff is great and very helpful for making restaurant or beach club bookings or for information about the surroundings. Breakfast is very good as well. What’s nice about the hotel is that you feel at home. They only have 20 rooms or so. You can also park your car quite easily on the parking lot opposite the hotel. I definitely recommend Q92"

Staff generally okay with the exception of the black waiter at the pool bar - arrogant and unprofessional. Animation team excellent and hardworking. Overall rating is good, but there is a lot of room for improvement."

"The Staff were lovely, they all spoke English and were very helpful with all our requests. A nice clean room, comfortable, in a very central location, 2 minute walk to the Noto Old Town/Main Street. Breakfast was very nice, a varied selection. The area is also very safe. The hotel offers private parking. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will definitely stay there again, should I return to Noto."

"My wife and I stayed here for 3 days in September as part of an organized tour of Sicily. The photos online make this hotel look very appealing, and the setting is very picturesque. Be aware though, that the management of this hotel is very focused on turning a profit and less interested in ensuring that their guests have a pleasant experience and want to return. In our case, a dispute over a very poor meal resulted in a slight reduction in the cost of the meal. However, the profit motivated management of the hotel decided that they would recoup the loss on the meal by charging us for moving our luggage to the bus. The greed of the management spoiled what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay. We do not recommend this hotel!"
