There were pros and cons to the property. Starting the pros, the property itself was very nice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The family running the property were also very nice and helpful - good people.
The Cons: It is in the middle of nowhere! It is very remote and the roads to left of the property were a disaster! As a North American, driving on these roads was no fun. Also, there are only 13 rooms, at night when we got back there was no-one there, if you have a problem at night you are in trouble.
It is very peaceful but very remote, essentially at least 30 minutes drive to any town you want to go to.

Netto taglio con la precedente gestione che ha fortemente penalizzato la struttura e le sue potenzialità. Oggi si gode lo splendore di Noto Antica, con l'accoglienza gentile e generosa di una famiglia per bene. Location:10/10 (si respira la storia nella pace assoluta, e val bene qualche km di campagna per raggiungerlo, se cercate la movida e la mondanità andate altrove) Camere:10/10 (arredate con gusto e pulitissime) Servizi e accoglienza: 10/10 (i proprietari sono persone deliziose, l'anziano professore ci ha raccontato la storia del luogo e mostrato i dettagli archeologici di pregio del luogo. Le ragazze a servizio tutte gentilissime e disponibili) Prezzi: 10/10 (prezzi da b&b in una struttura da hotel di almeno 4 stelle, con qualche investimento in più potrebbero chiedere di più Il luogo è incantevole, paga il prezzo di una precedente gestione scellerata (quella della scortesia raccontata nelle vecchie recensioni ), motivo per cui oggi offre il massimo che può con le risorse e i mezzi attualmente disponibili, ma qualunque carenza è colmata dal calore della loro accoglienza e disponibilità. Minibar ottimamente rifornito, teli piscina forniti gratuitamente (basta chiederli), check in da remoto all'arrivo a qualunque ora. Lasciano un ricordo bellissimo. Di certo ci torneremo.

Lave linge annoncé en équipement mais n existe pas dans la réalité. Après 10j en Sicile nous avions choisi le Borgo, aussi pour cet aspect matériel. 40€ nous est demandé pour le lavage de nos vêtements par la personne s occupant du ménage. De plus l hôte a modifié son annonce après notre arrivée, donc pas moyen de faire la preuve de notre bonne foi après la mise en avant du problème. Faites des captures écran quand vous tenez à un équipement proposé ! 😉 Les hôtes ne sont donc pas dignes de confiance. Soyez VIGILANTS ! Ils n ont pas été honnêtes sur ce point. Ils sont donc capables de ne pas l ête sur d autres sujets. Conseil d amis !!

Nous avons réservé une chambre aux pierres apparentes avec 3 lits une place très confortable. La salle de bain est sublime. La tv et la clim sont fonctionnelle. Les lieux sont magnifiques, bcp de pierres qui donne un charme fou. La piscine est jolie et fraîche. La salle de réception pour le petit déjeuner est magnifique, le hall d'accueil également. Nous avons était accueilli par le propriétaire sympathique et son petit chien très gentil et calme. Le personnel est très agréable, serviable et arrangeant, ils font des efforts pour parler français, cest très agréable. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner: nous nous sommes régalés, il est simple et délicieux, nous avions le choix entre 3 gâteaux , et confiture fait maisons tous les jours différents, des céréales, du fromage blanc, des œufs brouillé, du fromage, du jambon, des viennoiseries fourrées à la crème de citron, un délice ! A proximite je vous conseil la ville historique de Noto à 20mins. Si nous devions dure quelque chose, peut être ajouter une lumière dans la salle de bain qui est tamisée, mais cela fait son charme aussi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et reviendrons à coup sûr si nous passons en Sicile

Luogo elegante e “mistico” incastonato nella natura della Noto Antica dove gustare tutto il sapore della Sicilia. Ideale per rilassarsi e fuggire dalla quotidianità. Servizio cortese e discreto, camera pulita, spaziosa ed arredata con cura. Colazione a base delle squisitezze preparate dalla padrona di casa. Bellissima esperienza .

Pessimo soggiorno, nella suite pioveva dentro e non c’era Wi-Fi per tutti i 2 giorni. Il personale con modo di fare sgarbato e veramente poco cordiale. Oltretutto la struttura è molto scomoda (strade orribili) da Noto
