Room was clean and may have been updated because shower was excellent and looked new. Huge TV offered Netflix which was nice. BUT… room was excessively noisy. AC/Heat was very very loud with compressor possibly in locked closet next to bed. Bathroom fan also loud and always on if light was on. Sounds from neighboring rooms clearly audible. Bed was hard as a rock though pillows were good and linens fresh and clean. On arrival reception was friendly but hallways smelled of fish and were very very shabby. Not a good first impression. Room was dark. I do not think I would stay here again because of noise and bed hurt my back. But my room was definitely clean and bathroom was nice with great shower

I always stay at a Marriott when I travel and this was the WORST experience. The room smelled like urine, stains were on the carpet and sofa, the room was just so dingy. I asked to be moved to a different room and that room was not cleaned (dirt was everywhere) and a mouse trap was under the sink...I checked out that night.

Le 25 septembre 2022 j'ai réservé pour la nuit du samedi 8 octobre à cet hôtel. Le 6 octobre, on m'a avisé que ma chambre était annulée sans raison valable. Je crois fermement que c'est dans le but de louer ma chambre à un prix beaucoup plus élevé (car j'avais obtenu un bon prix) parce que beaucoup de personnes étaient dans la région en raison du long week. Colombus Day en Nouvelle-Angleterre et l'action de grâce au Canada. Enfin, je trouve que cet hôtel a très peu de respect pour sa clientèle. Et c'est pour cela que je ne le vous conseille pas.

This hotel should be shut down. It is dirty broken down and just plan terrible. We are titanium elite members and have been staying at Marriott for years. I can not believe this a Marriott. Do not stay here.

Run away from this place. Buyer Beware! I am a Titanium Marriott member and stay in Marriott hotels roughly 10-12 times per year. This place is the worst. Dirty, horrible service, charged for parking (!), etc. etc. Feels like the place was recently sold. New owner or manager (or so I think) was wondering around all day probably wondering what the hell he got himself in to. Caught him mumbling to himself many times.

I 've never seen a situation quite as bad as this one. As someone who works in the travel industry, I think Marriott needs to do an internal audit of this hotel because it's putting a stain on the brand. When we arrived, they informed us that the pipes have burst but it is being fixed. We get checked into room 213. The AC doesn't work, the room is hot and dingy. The water is brown from the sink and bathtub. We chuck to the pipe leak and request a new room. The new room didn't have a tub. The hallways, elevator, and gym carpet were very dirty. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks. Everything looked unsanitary. The equipment in the gym barely worked. The front desk was a joke, you had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up. The only good thing was the breakfast. the guy in the kitchen seems to be the only one pulling his weight. Would not recommend anyone stay here due to mold and unsanitary concerns.

Well - $200 a night for Memorial Day weekend was the rip off the century- includes $8 for parking in potholes, pool closed, gym a wreck, carpets not vacuumed for days. Rooms not cleaned the entire weekend; inedible breakfast, a wild fight between a guest and staff; and a very tired beat up building. We were assigned the hotel as part of the Needham Soccer tournament but I'll not accept that request again. Aside from a pleasant man at check in this hotel was 100% dysfunctional.

We have stayed at this hotel for years. The last few times have been lacking but we attributed it to Covid and let it go. This time is HORRIFIC. We were given a room that smelled of pot, had balloon pieces still taped to the ceiling, garbage under sink not taken care of, closet door was broken, holes in the wall in the bathroom where shelves fell off. List goes on. Went to complain. Had to walk down to desk because no one answered the phone. My son went with me. He is autistic. I asked about the $8/day parking fee. Was told corporate added the fee and he couldn’t answer why. My literal son asked, “why can’t u answer?” The clerk got aggressive and told him to calm down. I called him out on it. He said it was MY son that was aggressive. We left.
