Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside.
We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits.
Staff on reception were very friendly.
We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment.
Overall stay was good.

Absolutely fantastic, great friendly staff, especially at reception. The food is very nice. Great menu. Close enough to amenities. Well looked after any issues or problems sorted out straight away. Rooms and bed compfy. Ample parking facilities

I had a wonderfully brief stay, and despite arriving late, the welcoming reception staff made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was perfect for a good rest — the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights' sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Even with my early checkout, the staff ensured the process was quick and easy. Overall, the combination of great service and a super comfy bed made for a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend it!

Splendid stay at the Mercure hotel Norwich! Great rooms with all amenities you could need. Beds very large and super comfortable. Good choice of breakfast with hot options and pastries. Good location to city centre too if you want to go shopping. Will return, thanks.

This was a great venue for our meeting. Good sized meeting rooms, Friendly staff, great food and drink and a very convenient location for everyone to get to. We will definitely be using the mercure in the future for business meetings. Thank you very much

Stayed at the Mercure hotel great location to airport and really friendly staff, used the gym had good selection of weights and also fitness training Would definitely recommend for anyone using the airport as very close only a 2 minute drive away
