WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The room was decent, but the hotel was old and outdated. The Wifi was down both days we were there, which also meant no TV. Upon checking out, I asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasn't in. Okay, I get it, it was a Sunday morning. The desk person was very dismissive and unconcerned, not just to me but to others checking out. When asked, he gave me the manager's first name only, but reluctantly took a message for the manager to call me. I wasn't hopeful, and sure enough, no call. Since then (Nov. 12th), I have called four times and have been told "the manager isn't in". Each time, I have left a message with no response. The receptionist answering the phone seems sympathetic, and by now I feel she has been coached to "screen" my calls.
