North Platte Inn and Suites

We stayed here while passing through on a roadtrip. This place was just fine! It’s a simple, no frills hotel but the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the room was quiet. We definitely got a good nights sleep. The bathroom is very simple and was very clean. It’s reasonable too compared with some other hotels in the area.

The linens were clean and good quality. The room was pretty spacious and we got two comfy queen-size beds, which was very welcome after a long drive. They provided plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, but there was no soap. We managed with the left-over soap from another motel, but it was strange and disappointing. It turned out that they have run out of the soap supplies and been waiting for the delivery. I wish the front desk staff who checked us in had told us that. Another unexpected thing was that they don't provide a hair-dryer. So if you need one, you need to bring yours with you. That being said, the morning-shift front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a pleasant stay.

Room 237 the filthiest room ever. Pee stains on the mattress cover, smelled like sewage and sheets were disgusting. We posted on Facebook and local news station. Not sanitary!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Demand full refund!! Don’t stay at this pig stye!!

Just like the previous review(s), I strongly recommend to stay away from this place. Bed bugs are very active in this hotel. Don't expect any sympathy from the front deck. If possible, find somewhere else to stay..

Rooms are infested with bed bugs. My boyfriend and his co worker are In town for work and had two different rooms during two different weeks and got bit up! See attached photos of said bed begs. Stay far away!!!

We booked while on the highway. The photo online looked better than the motel actually did. (The price should have been a hint). The area is a little difficult to navigate due to construction. The room was large, but could have been cleaner. The beds & pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The security latch on the door was broken, which we didn't love. I do want to say that staff was friendly and helpful.

My daughter and her two girls stayed here on September 2. They had been travelling for 9 hours and were exhausted. They checked in very late and when they got to their room found that it was infested with flies. Needless to say it was not the restful sleep that they needed. Felt bad as I was the one who had booked it!

Check in was quick and easy, staff was nice and hospitable. The price was fair and the room was big, clean and relaxing. There was a coffee pot, microwave, fridge, iron and board and a hair dryer. The room was extremely clean the air conditioning worked flawlessly. It was worth it. The parking lot is clean and you can park near your room. We will be staying again

This hotel was a great disappointment. The worst part about it was the entrance to the room. It was through a small hallway with a cement floor, cement walls and pipes and wires showing everywhere. The minute you opened the door to the hallway you were blasted with heat well over 110°. I felt that this was a fire hazard and felt uncomfortable staying in this room because of the heat outside in the hallway. I reported the problem to the front desk and they gave me a different room. This room was upstairs and to enter the room you had to go outside to a cement balcony with chipped paint on the floor, walls and ceiling. Upon entering the room, we immediately had to turn on the cooler because that room was also extremely hot. At first, the room seemed acceptable, and you could tell that it had been remodeled. However, upon closer inspection, there were lots of issues with cleanliness and quantity. Some of the issues included a rusty drain and hair in the tub, dark, moldy, caulking around the tub, peeling paint and rust around the door hinges, dirt on the floor throughout the room, stains on the ceiling, and on the lampshade, a broken lock on the door, and a torn bed skirt. I was disappointed with this Ramada hotel. I will not trust Ramada in the future.
