Property is located near beach which is around 5 minutes walk. Property does not have sea view but you can go to beach by walk, nearby market, food etc facilities are very good. Pet is allowed, car parking is present, room are clean and tidy, with hot shower facility, and western toilets, i will recommend this property to others in that budget it is very good. Amenities are good. Staff is good and cooperative.

Here’s a refined version of your comment: --- ”Our experience started on a disappointing note when we were assigned rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, despite specifically requesting at least one ground-floor room due to a friend’s knee issues. Unfortunately, there was no elevator. The hotel itself feels outdated, likely around 20 years old and poorly maintained. Everything from the beds to the bathrooms appeared worn out. To top it off, I found a large cockroach in my room, which I had to deal with in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was another major issue—it seemed like a relic from the '80s and couldn't keep up with the heat. The vents were filthy, and the switches were broken. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were genuinely helpful, especially Sharma, who assisted us until 2 AM. Their service was the silver lining in an otherwise disappointing stay.”

My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.
