It's a good and clean property. Staff is friendly. Food quality is good. Connectevity is good. Its few minutes away from main road. Miramar beach is near about the property. Aminities are good

Reception attendant and was courteous, room was clean and good however breakfast was miserable. Food was sub standard with hardly any option. Just the breakfast exp made it 1 out if 10 for the overall exp

A nice portuguese style oriel situated close to miramar in panjim. Clean room, nice decor. I will recommend this property. Dhiraj at reception desk was very helpful.

It's good to stay here. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The food is very tasty and good. For all kind of travellers its a best option for stay.

The property exceeded my expectations with its spacious and impeccably clean rooms, embodying the charming goan heritage that enhanced my overall experience. However, the only setback was the unreliable wifi connectivity, which the second shift reception staff unfortunately did not address promptly, despite the known challenges of network stability during monsoon season. On a brighter note, the breakfast offered was excellent, contributing positively to an otherwise great stay. Overall, despite the wifi issue, i thoroughly enjoyed my time and would recommend this hotel for its ambience and hospitality.

Wifi was not working. Almost no channels coming on tv, washbasin was clogged. No mobile network. Not at all good experience
