Families, be aware of this place. They advertise nostalgia and neglect service. 1. Budget extra for surprise add-ons to your bill. They charge $25 extra for any housekeeping and $10 for a microwave. And after a week of using a hotel room, they charged us an extra $100 for "stains" on the duvet. The pictures of the "stains" show spots one would expect after a days of using a hotel room that comes with four spots to sleep but only one chair--I have the photos attached. 2. We spent well over $2000 for a week stay. We have a daughter in a wheelchair and three other children, so we needed two rooms. We received one room on the second floor of the pool house, totally inaccessible for the wheelchair, and the other room in the "accessible" room at the opposite end of the complex. Not easy for a family with four children under 10. 3. "Accessibility" in this hotel included: (A) a handicap parking spot that was blocked by a truck for the last couple days of our stay, (B) a requirement to push my daughter through the parking lot because the sidewalks have stairs, (C) exactly one pathway (except through bushes) into that parking lot with that being over a broken sidewalk and across dirt , and (D) a bed that is far higher than reasonable for a wheelchair user. 4. The music was so loud above the pool house our first night, my wife complained about it at 8 a.m. But there is no one around for complaints, so she had to text her complaints and receive meaningless responses. Hours later, at 10 p.m., when the situation got worse, she texted again asking about a refund so we could find a new hotel. So they sent a security guard to my wife's room to apologize, and then had her move to another room the next morning. 5. What few services they do provide seem rather unreliable. Wifi didn't work in the "accessible" room for most of the stay, and the TV service was iffy. And even the pool that we paid for during our stay was shut down for a night so that the hotel could have someone else pay for a private event at the pool. 6. When we received notice we were being charged $100 extra, my wife complained and disputed the charge, pointing out that we should in fact receive a credit too for the loud noise. The management's passive aggressive attitude was that they couldn't do anything about it because we didn't complain during our stay--even though the same text string shows that she actually did complain about the noise! And no one is forcing them to take more money from us for "stains" yet they pretend that can't do anything about it. Don't bother staying here. It isn't worth ruining your vacation memories.
