I flew to Toronto, Canada with my friends from Hong Kong. This is the third hotel. The hotel facilities are average. The room is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. The front desk staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is average. There are not many varieties. I personally think the price-performance ratio is OK. I will stay here next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around [strong]

We were on the last leg of our 18-day road trip and decided to finish up with a stay at a Choice Hotel, which we normally frequent during travel. The Quality Inn was located just off of Trans-Canada 17 and offered access to our ground floor room via sliding glass doors, which is always convenient. The room was standard size, and the bed was comfortable. Usually, Quality Inns do not offer eggs and sausages for breakfast, but this one did!! Of course, other items, both hot and hot, were available. There was also an indoor pool next to the breakfast venue. A very good stay at a reasonable cost. The young woman who greeted at arrival, also, was there at our departure, and was very cordial.

Was given a second floor room and when the receptionist said there was no elevator I told her I couldn't lift more than 20 pounds per doctors orders. She said she didn't think there was anyone available but maybe she could see if someone could help. There was no one. Then the key card didn't work. The tv reception was terrible. The bathtub had a soap scum ring. And the final straw was the bed bugs. I'd never seen them before so I took a picture and looked it up and sure enough they were bed bugs. I packed up and asked for a refund. She asked if I brought it down to show her! I'm glad I had pictures on my phone. She asked if I wanted another room, but I just wanted out of there as I heard how fast they spread. I was given a full refund.

Not a terrible place but very outdated for the price. When I walked in there was a horrible musty smell. Thin blanket and sheets, the shower head didn’t work other than one setting that blasted more air than water. I feel like anything over $100 a night is too much for this place.

Wish I would have read reviews before booking a room. 1st room was dirty. Fake eyelashes on top of the headboard, filthy bathroom & reeked of smoke (supposed to be non smoking). 2nd room was ok. shower was grungy/ dirty looking. None of us would use it. Thankfully it was only a one night stay. Beds were clean. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it.

Definitely an older motel. It was clean, however tv is painful to use and poor quality. Remote didn’t power it on and couldn’t utilize tv guide. Most channels were snowy pic. There are little to no electrical outlets. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Not ideal. A random power bar stuffed behind a bedside table. Furnishings are old and worn

The WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some dumps. Terrible service, rooms were dirty, disgusting and smelled. The bathrooms were gross and moldy. Pool was awful didn’t even go in and the hot tub was awful as well. I would rather sleep in my truck than ever stay there again. The guys ‘working’ the front were no help and laughed when any concerns were brought to their attention. Our stay was 12/02/22 never again.

pool cool , hot tub no jets, food cold , staff very friendly, helpful , room was dated and needed work ,walls cracked and the paint was peeling off the wall, waffle was the best part of breakfast ,coffee was weak, needs to be updated, over priced.
