Our entire area was experiencing a power outage, and our house was over 85° inside, so we had no choice but to find a hotel. I did not have the money available to pay for the stay, so my mom, who lives out of town, paid over the phone. Two different people assured her that everything was taken care of, INCLUDING the security deposit/incidentals. We drove over 30 minutes to the hotel and arrived around 9 PM with hot, exhausted kids—one of whom had just been outside at football practice. When we arrived, Shawn refused to use the card that was already on file for the incidentals, despite the fact that we had specifically been assured this was taken care of. To make matters worse, Shawn was on his personal phone when we arrived and made us wait until he finished his personal conversation. When he finally addressed the situation, he became defensive and rude. He then called his manager, Asha, and proceeded to speak another language to her in front of us while discussing our situation. We obviously had no idea what was being said about us. When Asha got on the phone, she did not attempt to resolve the situation professionally. Instead, she immediately treated us as though we were lying. After about 15 minutes of being called liars and spoken to with an unbelievable amount of disrespect, I realized there was no point in continuing. I asked for a full refund and decided to leave. While they were processing the refund, THREE COLLEGE STUDENTS walked in and immediately began saying they were also having issues with the same employees. At that point, it became very clear that this was not simply a misunderstanding with us. Even after I had already been there nearly 30 minutes trying to resolve the situation, Shawn attempted to stop handling my refund to deal with the other customers who had just walked in. Finally, I asked Shawn for the General Manager’s name so that I could report what happened. He repeatedly told me it was Asha—even though Asha herself had just confirmed that she was NOT the General Manager. So not only was the customer service completely unacceptable, I was also given false information when I specifically asked for the person above her. We drove all the way there because we were told everything was taken care of. We had hot, tired kids with us during a city-wide power outage, and instead of showing even a little understanding or trying to help, we were treated like we were trying to scam the hotel. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. When you are dealing with a family in an emergency situation, the absolute least you should expect is honesty, professionalism, and basic human decency. We received none of those things here. NEVER again

I booked 3 nights. When we found out we had to return home a day early, I got charged $55 cancelation fee. The parking lot was near empty, it was not like they had to turn people away. They are crooks. The room was ok, the bathroom was dingy and the water pressure ******. I will never stay here again.

Room was dirty and unsafe objects like needles were left out. Window screen broken. Safety issues all over the place.

Only issue was the gym was closed for repairs/upgrades. Not a detraction and would stay here again. I did forget my IPad and they were very helpful in getting it in the hands of a coworker to be shipped back to me.

At check in no information was given about check out time or breakfast hours. We had a total of 9 key cards, they kept messing up.

My family stayed at this location and when they came home, they had bedbug bites all over them. I would recommend checking prior to staying or sleeping in any bed.

We had to leave a day early. Even though we booked 3rd party, they went above and beyond and refunded our last day that we didn’t use. I didn’t call to get a refund mind you, they just did it because it was the right thing to do. We book lots and lots of rooms for work and this is the FIRST time this has ever happened. It gave me a glimmer of hope in humanity that I was losing quickly. I know it sounds silly, but I deal with a lot of people ALWAYS trying to take advantage and for someone to take the high road for once make ya feel good. Thank you I won’t forget this

The breakfast is very minimal. The exercise room was vile. The pool was closed down. We could hear (and feel) the people above us walking/stomping around.

was good stay. hotel kinda has a funky smell in lobby and rooms though.
