The room was old and dirty. There was no quilt, just a sheet covering it. It was too cold.

bad experience this past weekend we went with the whole family, terrible service in main, to go grab breakfast they were already going to close and they didn't wait for people to finish but rather they grabbed everything and were removing it even spoons and napkins were closed and waited that the people who had just finished eating didn't take everything away in the room, there was garbage, they don't clean well and the tub is very dirty and if you leave even a crumb, they take the money from you, bad experience.

room was dirty: hair on tub, dead roach in the corner of the bathroom floor, filthy ceiling vent in the bathroom, foul smelling fridge, wasn't even cold enough, iced up, broken faceplates, tv/cable not working, ice machine area filthy in the evening and also early am. no enough outside trash cans. linen seemed ok. night manager helpful and nice. lots of night partying on the beach. noisy in the back areas. whole place very dumpy and foul.

The location of the property was convenient since you can walk to the beach directly from the motel. The room and beds could be cleaner.

You need to do some cosmetic repairs and replace those stain ridden mattresses, clean caulk and remove broken faceplates.

This is a fantastic location, walk out your door and the bay is right there! However, they have been renovating for the past three years and neither room we stayed in reflects this! There was no coffee maker or microwave as advertised in our room. However, we did enjoy a limited free breakfast, consisting of coffee, juice, toast, jam, cereal, and make your own waffles.

Great place too stay. Family friendly. Clean & very safe. Nice swimming pool. Very beautiful view of the Chesapeake Bay. Very big & Clean rooms. Nice hot showers. I will be back with my family. This is are new vacation spot.
