I arrived at this hotel in the middle of a heatwave. There is a lot of glass in the entry ways so it was hot but I’m guessing it’s not always like that. I did really like the window nooks in the room. If I had more time it would have been the perfect spot to curl up with a book. Some staff wasn’t overly friendly but others really stood out; particularly after my stay. Just as I boarded the plane to go home, I realized that I left my full makeup bag in the bathroom of my room. I called the hotel and was told that housekeeping had collected it and saved it for me. Then enters Frank… he happened to be who answered the phone when I called and helped me coordinate getting it shipped back home. I had just purchased all new higher end makeup so Frank made my day! Moral of the story is the staff at this Hilton will help you when you need it!
Nestled near the foot of the Blue Hills Reservation with quick access to I-93 and I-95, our hotel is 15 miles from downtown Boston and 30 miles from Providence. The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

The good: Room was reasonably clean and the beds were satisfactory and the front desk staff were very nice. However overall the room was in poor repair and the sink and closet areas were tiny (see photo) and absolutely unacceptable for a room with even 1 guest let alone the 4 it could legally house. The sink area had no room for toiletries so fixing hair and makeup had to occur at the weird desk area with a hand mirror and horrible lighting as there was no mirror at all in the bedroom area. The sink and closet were a fraction of the size shown in the website pictures. Our luggage had to stay in the room floor because there was no way it fit in the closet. Electrical outlets over the only bedside table (between the double beds) were so loose they wouldn’t hold the plugs in place to our CPAPs so we had to run the cords across the mattress behind the pillows from wall plugs on the opposite side of the bed. The hang up button on the phone is broken and stuck all the way down so when we needed to use the room phone we had to pry it up with a nail file to get dial tone. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the entire shower and kept sagging in the middle causing water in the floor. The towels were incredibly thin and rough as if they were line dried. And the biggest annoyance of all is we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times while we were there because according to three different front desk members the keys become deprogrammed if they are placed by a cell phone or other electronic device. We’ve used lots of electronic keys and never had to be sure to segregate our key cards from anything. If the management saw how many people we ran into over the weekend who were annoyed by being unable to get in the rear door or their rooms they would fix that immediately. We were there for a wedding weekend and supposedly got a better block room rate than normal but family who stayed at a nearby Holiday Inn Express had MUCH better rooms, free breakfast, free parking and their rate was significantly less. I am a long time Marriott traveler but would have moved to a different hotel had we been staying for more than 3 days. I keep reading they are going to renovate but I saw no signs of that on the side of the hotel we stayed on although they did appear to be working on a drainage issue in the back.

Hotel environment: very new, only opened in 2018, all facilities are very new and clean, the lobby has a public internet area, gym and a mini swimming pool (suitable for children). English breakfast is served free of charge, not very rich, but it's OK.
There is an outlet 11 minutes away from the hotel, which can satisfy everyone's shopping needs. Uber is also very convenient in the past. Although it's a half-hour drive from Newton, it's a little bit, but the price is very high. The business hotel managed by Hilton is still very guaranteed!
Room: The toilet facilities are very new and clean, with shower gel and shampoo supply, iron and hair dryer available. Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. In addition, sound insulation is also ok, not too noisy!
High cost performance, overall very satisfied! You can book a new hotel with confidence

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you

No exaggeration! If you are traveling by car, the location is absolutely great ~ the living functions nearby are good, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which can be reached in about five minutes by car ~ it takes less than 30 to an hour to get to the city or nearby famous attractions Wait, the point is that the residential environment here is very comfortable and quiet! The room is also very comfortable and clean. The service staff here are also very kind. I like it very much!

GGuest UserMy wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for about a week during which time we were accused of smoking on the premises when neither my wife or I smoke first it went from the alarm went off to housekeeping and staff walked by and smells a strong odor coming from the room to then it be a supervisor walking by and smelling a strong odor and then when we finally said, please come in because we don’t smoke and they saw that we had the window open. It turned into all we had a security guard that walked by and Shasha buddy, hanging out the window and smoking if which, if that was the case I’m sure they would have led with that rather than give us the eight other excuses first , furthermore, if Security actually saw somebody hanging out the window smoking, I’m sure we would’ve gotten an immediate phone call from the front desk regarding the danger of somebody hanging out the window and the fact that they don’t allow smoking on the premises. It is my opinion as my wife’s as well with the only reason that they continuously said these things was to try and get us to leave early so that they could rent the room out to somebody at full price because we were getting the room at a discounted rate. Disappointing to be treated like you’re less of a customer because you use one of these third-party applications the gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable. However, everybody else is there was extraordinarily disrespectful as a complete and utter opposite.
TTyrone1956I travel enough to know what to expect. My stay at this hotel was mixed and while most employees were helpful there were a couple that should probably not be customer facing. I will start by saying my first complaint may be partly my issue. We booked a weeklong stay through JetBlue Paisley for 209 a night. I then decided after to come in a day early and booked directly through the hotel. When I called I mentioned my week booking and asked if the rate for one night added would be the same and was told it would be. My part? I received the confirmation but did not scroll to the bottom where the rate showed to be over 400 for one night. I assumed what I was told would be the rate. Shame on me. When we arrived and was told the rate I explained the situation and was told that they don’t know what we pay 3rd part bookers and that it was impossible no matter what that I was paying 209 a night even with third party. They would not back down form the high rate and arriving at 11PM I was not feeling like arguing. I was told to speak to the manager which I did and was told he’d bring it to the general manager. Almost a week later I still have not heard back. That’s the first part. As we got to the room the card would not open the door so we went back to desk and they re-programmed it. Went back up and still could not get in. Mention of possible broken lock was mentioned so I asked if we could just get another room and was told they were sold out. Building engineer was called and he determined that room was already occupied. Back to the desk again and they were able to magically come up with another room. Off to a good start and it did not get much better after that. At least one elevator of two was down almost the whole time and one morning both were down. The fire alarm went off at 7AM one morning and I assume it was related to broken elevators as there were signs saying to use stairs which were according to signs on second floor alarmed summoning the fire department and of course setting of alarm. A little foresight on hotels part to maybe disable alarm during the elevator outage may have prevented people walking through an alarmed door that they were told to use. We were also told there would be a 100 dollar hold for incidentals such as parking etc. I was fine with that and we exceeded that by about Thursday by about 20 dollars. They then put a 278 dollar hold on my card for a day or two for the remainder. It was only 2 days!!! I am still waiting for them to release that and for an answer as to why such a high hold. I was told the GM would call me and have left messages and still have not heard back almost a week later. The room itself while billed as a suite was small though that was not an issue as we don’t spend much time in there. It was clean and maid service was good. Hope if you stay here it goes better for you than for us. So much for a relaxing vacation.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel because it was the least expensive place I found anywhere remotely close to Boston. While it was far from cheap, it was affordable. It's also a very nice hotel. I arrived just shortly after noon. The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. While I expected to just leave my bags and go out exploring, he actually checked me into a room immediately. The hotel couldn't be better located. It's a block and a half to the North Quincy 'T' station. You can go from your room to the red line platform in five minutes and then easily get anywhere greater Boston. While for some reason they keep the front door locked at all times, the area around the hotel seems quite safe. It's mostly transit-oriented development--brand new condo towers and a variety of chain stores and restaurants. The room was large, immaculate, and quite well appointed. The only thing I'd improve is the lighting. It seemed quite dark both by day and night. Some overhead lighting options would be nice. Another quirk was that the alarm clock was set to the wrong time, and there didn't appear to be any way to set it correctly. While I use my phone as the actual alarm, I do like to look at the clock if I should wake in the middle of the night. With one exception, the hotel facilities seemed quite nice. The exception is the ice machines. They are strange (quite different than what most hotels use), and they seem to break down frequently. They really should swap these out for a more standard alternative. Those quirks do not lower my rating, though. The room was nice, and the breakfast was also quite good. When I return to the Boston area, I'll very likely stay here again.
Our wedding weekend at Sonesta Select Foxborough was exceptional. The newly remodeled lobby and rooms were modern and elegant. The staff, notably the manager James, was helpful, kind, and accommodating. He played a crucial role in securing room blocks and that every detail—from additional rooms, to ensuring the conference room for our bridal suite, to the bar for our after-party festivities, was handled seamlessly. His willingness to engage in multiple conversations with us were invaluable. The hotel provided an excellent space for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our joyous celebration. Highly recommend for any special event.
GGuest UserMe, my wife and 15 year old stayed here for one night for the Dead and company concert at Fenway. This hotel was only 1.2 miles from the park. It's a great hotel! Clean, quiet and very nice front desk. Parking is 40 bucks a night, but free on the street for handycap parking only. You can grab an uber to Fenway for 10 bucks, nor take the trolly. But you need to purchase a CharlieCard to ride the trolly. Also, we walked back to the hotel after Fenway and it took 20 minutes. Would highly recommend for a night or more. Pricey, but all hotels in Boston are high priced in summer.
HHONGBreakfast is not provided, but there is a kitchen in the room where you can prepare your own meals. There is a free washer-dryer downstairs. There is also a gym. Clean the room once a week. You can get anything from the front desk in the middle.
GGuest UserThe location is relatively remote, the room is quite spacious, and the service attitude is OK. Breakfast is average, there are too few choices, the price is cheaper than other places, and the price is OK.
GGuest UserWe had a great experience here. I had three rooms rented for a group and we didn't have an issue with any of the rooms or amenities. Rooms were all clean and well stocked. Food at the restaurant on site was great. The breakfast was great. And everyone at the front desk was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
VVeronique GIt was just ok, I may go back if I have to. The coffee machine in the room wasn't working, so I wasted water when pouring it in, but I brought it up at the front desk that they owed me a bottle of water and they let me have one. The room was clean overall, but the carpets should be updated, I feel maybe they allow pets, cause there was a slight smell. I didn't like that they asked how many kids I had, and the age and sex, I thought that was creepy, and they want to charge extra per night per child which I have never had that, a family of 4 should not have to pay extra for kids, and my husband wasn't even there. Also they wanted to charge $20 per hour for late check out. I feel they should accommodate when needed for late check outs, and not charge extra per kid, especially if you only have two.
