DO NOT STAY HERE!! DO NOT WALK - RUN! AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND ITS MGR!! After I cancelled my reservation, they pre-authed my cc without my permission or signature for $332 tying up my money for 3 days, putting me on the street. Refused to fix it. I am filing lawsuit and launching a social media campaign to close their door. Although I cancelled THIS stay I HAVE stayed here - filthy dark dismal - sketchy customers. ANYPLACE IN NORFOLK NE IS BETTER THAN THIS!!!!! I will not stop until the door is shut and the lights are out for good. IF YOU HAD A BAD STAY HERE PLEASE SCREAM IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS!!

This is a great place to stay! Everyone was so helpful! The bed was super comfortable! I will recommend staying here to everyone I know! Breakfast coffee was superb! Smelled fresh and clean! If all the people in Norfolk are as nice as the staff are at this motel, Norfolk Nebraska is a superior place to live.
