I only give it a good rating because there was a sofa bed in the room. For me as a female person, this was too difficult to rebuild on a daily basis. So the bed was always pulled out. and that made it a little uncomfortable. But I came to terms with it. O

The flat is very close to the dyke, which probably justifies the price. The house itself and the balcony look a bit run-down, but it is well furnished and clean.
