This is the first time I encountered such a dirty and shabby hotel. The towels were as dirty as rags. There are garbage stains everywhere on the carpet in the corridor, food residues on the dining table, and the stools are so dirty that you dare not sit on them. There were yellow stains on the sheets and the cabinets were shabby. The first time I encountered this kind of hotel, I was scared. I don’t know where it got the 3.7 rating.

If you enjoy the smell of ****, then this is the hotel for you. It was meant to be a non-smoking hotel, yet you are hit with the smell of **** as soon as you walk in the door. The room was adequate with thin towels that didn't dry well and absent washcloths in the room. Housekeeping did not attend to our room during our 4-night stay despite an every 3-day cleaning schedule. The breakfast was indeed continental with limited "pastries," namely bread and muffins, and coffee worse than McDonald's. Employees were either finishing dressing in the lobby or non-comprehensible when providing check-in information. We were provided incorrect information about the pool- stated to be open by the date of check-in if not the day after, and found to be with an expired permit sign hanging on the pool gate on check-in.

Hotel was great and I would recommend. I messed up our booking but hotel was very accommodating and honored it anyway. Overall the location was great with lots of food options nearby, room was great size and very clean, beds were comfortable. Pool was a great amenity and breakfast was okay to get us started for the day. The only downside was some noise in the corridors quite late at night from other guests but thats not the hotels fault. I would stay here again with no issues.

I travel to Atlanta a lot for work, and for two years I have primarily stayed at this hotel, until this week. I oftentimes leave very early in the morning or get in very late at night. This past time, once I returned back to the room rather late, I went to relax in the lobby with my computer and some wine, as I ALWAYS do. Sitting on the couch, not making ANY noise, ZERO music, ZERO chatting, I was told the lobby was closed and was NEVER asked to leave, even though the lobby TV was on and I was CREATING ZERO DISTURBANCE as a PAYING GUEST. I continued working on my computer and the desk associate CALLED THE POLICE, who threatened to arrest me. I was creating ZERO disturbance, just sitting on the couch with my computer, and had the police called on me, who threatened to ARREST me if I did not go to my room. Who knows what lies the front desk told the police, as i was just sitting quietly minding my own business. I will NEVER stay at this POS hotel again.
