This place was really on point and absolutely perfect for us. I read some of the reviews before we went saying it was a bit ‘retro’. It may have been in some ways with the old school permanent caravan homes, but it had everything we needed. We weren’t expecting a 5 star resort, we just wanted a family friendly holiday park and that’s exactly what we got. I went with my 2 children and we camped in a tent near the Norah Head bowling club. I expected it to be noisy, didn’t hear a thing. Bonus was there was a path to walk to the club not far from us. Facilities were perfect, very accessible. The kids loved the jumping pillow, pool with attached water park, and the playground. They had outdoor movie nights with a pancake van (score!), even an ice cream truck that drove around the park both days (boy he must make a killing in the holidays). Chatting with one of the owners he mentioned they had even had a band that had played at the club come over during the Christmas holidays, and they’re looking to do more of the same. It had everything we wanted to enjoy ourselves, this place is staying on the top of our must visit again list. If you want a nice simple, affordable holiday park, this place should be on your list. I recommend visiting the Norah head lighthouse as well, it was a 2 min drive from the park. Looked awesome at night as well.
