Avoid room 433. Old and tired with no attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. See photo’s and why you don’t get any WOW factor when you open the door to your room. The hotel itself is in a good location in Hastings Street, but paying $550 p/n on a non-peak period for a 1bedroom apt you would expect better. We booked a 1bedroom as it’s our anniversary and were told we were ‘upgraded’ to a 2 bedroom. Give me a 1 bedroom any day over this room. The only positive to Room 433 is it is large enough to accomodate 4 people (if that is what you need). When attempting to resolve the issue and be re-allocated what we had booked (1 bedroom apt) the ONLY staff on duty after 4pm was the receptionist who couldn’t assist. No management, no maintenance, and given check in is from 3pm, I can imagine issues would occur between 3-5pm when guests check in. I felt sorry for the one staff member, but felt the set up at this hotel was not appropriate for the rates they charge.

We stayed in room 115, which is a roomy one bedroom suite with a very comfortable king bed, bath and walk-in shower. There is also a kitchen. The room is very close to reception and the lift to the free secure car park, and would be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Sebel is on Hastings Street, so you're right in the middle of the action.

Great position in Hastings Street, arrived just after 2pm checked in ok room ready nice and big and very clean, unfortunately parking is at a premium your spot is not guaranteed, we eventually located parking spot. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to all restaurants and cafes and the beach.

Situated in the middle of Hastings Parade , a very comfortable apartment/hotel The beach is about 50 metres from entrance - staff pleasant and rooms clean Room was comfortable and facilities great- parking easy to access - a place to return

As a previously positive reviewer of Sebel Noosa it is sad to mark it down However the room allocated to us 636 was no way 4 star Furniture was old and rusting! rust was clear and obvious, the furnishing was not clean The bathroom door was rotting from below with water damage Sebel ask you to pay up front, days before you arrive so there is little you can do as Noosa was booked and we apparently could not be moved Sad to say, after many visits I can't bring myself to return

Great location in the heart of Noosa. Refreshed and oversized rooms - more like a suite than a hotel room, including kitchenette & balcony. Efficient checkin and easy to navigate carpark. Didn’t try the pool, but why would you with the beach 2 mins away.

We were in a ground floor apartment at the back of the property that we rented through team tabi on air bnb. We were so disappointed with this property it was advertised as luxury and had nice photos but on arrival it was dark damp and had no natural light in any of the rooms. The paint was peeling, tiles stained, flooring and curtains dirty and stained. Such a shame as ruined our holiday

Our room was spotless and spacious. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Very well positioned on Hastings St. Walking distance to many dining options and the beach. Pool and spa were sparkling clean and a nice temperature. Travelled with friends to attend the Noosa Eat and Dine Festival. Will return!
