Awful noise all night from the streets and the hotel bar. Overpriced for what it is. Only three free parking spots... For the whole hotel!!! This is supposed to be a four star hotel?? Not even close, honestly I had an awful stay, did not sleep much because of the noise and when I complained to the reception they said that it happens and that the noise level is normal. Terrible experience would not recommend it to anyone.

1) The Arrival Hotel De Luxe is in the great location if you want to enjoy the nightlife in Nitra. It has free parking and it's easly accessible. Upon arrival we waited for a few minutes since there was no staff near check-in. After what must have been just around 5 minutes. the staff came, politely apologized and told us all the information we needed. 2) Experience Upon unlocking our room we got quite surprised. The room was actually better in person than what we have seen on site. I have payed around 70,-€ for the night (for 2 people) and the room was definetly worth more. The view we got was alright, couldn't get much more of it. Bed was large and comfy, the only negative being quite hard pillows for my taste. Bathroom was definetly the best thing in this room. We got free entry into wellness but we had no need for it. Bathtube that you get at apartment has all the functions of hot tub and its large enough for 2 average adults. 3) Food The only food we ate was breakfast. It was free and in the typical style of get on your plate anything you want. Diversity was great but quality wasn't anything special. Ratings: Value 10/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Staff 8/10 Food 7/10 Negatives: If you want total peace, this definetly isn't one for you, that's because of the busy location. Some problems in the room, ex. we needed to play with Card Sensor for a few minutes to get our electricity going. Blinds on one window were not in the best shape.
