Das Hotel ist ein Bikerparadies. Wenn man damit klar kommt - soweit ok. Allerdings sind die Zimmer deutlich überaltert, es überwiegt ein 60er / 70er - Jahre Style. Absaugung auf der Toilette funktionierte nicht... Und, vor allem - Herr Rückert ist extrem freundlich und gästeorientiert. Aber Frauch Rückert hat die Hosen an und ist genau das Gegenteil davon. Eine solch schnippische und unfreundliche Person haben wir im Gastgewerbe selten bis gar nicht erlebt. Komisch, dass sich solch ein Laden halten kann.

Funktionelles Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Pool okay aber Licht funktioniert nicht. Abends macht die Bar früh zu. Personal war freundlich Zimmer sauber aber nicht besonderes, Badezimmer müsste mal renoviert werden. Frühstück und Abendessen kann ich nicht bewerten, da beides nicht genutzt.

We found this to be a very nice hotel located in the beautiful region of Westerwald, run by the fantastic Patrick and Gulchan, and their very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the food is excellent. There is a cosy little bar, and a large function room as well. The hotel provides a great base from which to explore the area, with the historic towns of Bad Marienburg, Hachenburg, Westerburg, Limburg, and many others within easy travelling distance. We will definitely be staying there again!
