Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport ★★★

"The toilet in my room was dirty when I arrived. While it wasn’t the best start, the staff quickly moved me to a new room."

Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel ★★★★

"A nice budget hotel. Not cheap."

Ramada by Wyndham Nisku Edmonton Airport ★★★

"My complaint concerning customer service during my December stay at Ramada by Wyndham Nisku Edmonton Airport was the cleanliness of one of the 2 beds in the guestroom #101. A tube of medicine covered by the blanket was left in the bed. In addition, the bed sheet was wrinkled. This showed that the bed was not cleaned after prior use. It is a very serious hygiene issue in a hotel particularly under the management of popular Wyndham Hotels. Relevant pictures of the tube and wrinkled bed sheet are attached for reference. I cannot upload them. Despite my request to change the subject guestroom, the staff on duty at the reception counter could not find another suitable room in the hotel. Ridiculously, he told me what he could do was to report it to the manager next morning. This reflects poor customer service at the hotel dealing with emergency matters. Due to our tiredness, being late at about 1:30 a.m. at that time and our early check-out before 7 a.m., we could not spend any more time to deal with the issue but had to stay in the subject room with no choice. Subsequently, I slept on the blanket cover and pillow by putting towels over them and wearing my jacket as well. This caused me to get sick afterwards. I would like to see any remedial actions to be taken by Trip.com in this matter."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites EDMONTON-INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT by IHG ★★★

"I couldn't wait to finish my stay and write a review. The soundproofing was very poor, the floor was noisy, the environment and sanitation were not very good, the facilities were relatively backward, and the curtains could not be completely closed. It was the worst Holiday Hotel I had come across in recent years. I will not come here again, and everyone should try not to step on the thunder."

Holiday Inn & Suites EDMONTON ARPT - CONFERENCE CTR by IHG ★★★★

"It was a very clean and cozy accommodation. I went alone and stayed in a room, but it was larger than I expected and the amenities were good, so I was satisfied. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport, so you can stay very comfortably."

Quality Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport ★★

"Hotel was good. Breakfast was great. Bed and pillows were excellent. Bathrooms need a bit of update."
