環境很不錯，房間設施老舊，服務也跟不上，住酒店進景區還要買門票，住宿不算便宜，房間連礦泉水都不提供，不送早餐，餐廳菜品價位高，餐巾紙也不提供，一包紙要10塊錢，房間沒空調，屋內都要穿厚外套，直接把孩子凍發燒了，酒店連退燒葯都沒有，畢竟在山區，沿途又在修路，出入很不方便，基本的應急葯都不備。景區門口有八公里在修路，實在是難開，從寧陝縣城到酒店走了快兩個小時。2020年去的時候，酒店爆滿，這次去，節假日都沒住幾個人，這麼好的環境，還是應該提高下服務質量的。

第二次來了，人不多，這個季節正好撿板栗，餐廳的安康美食和烤肉都不錯，服務人員很熱情，菜量很大，價格偏高但能接受，總之下次還來
