由於行程變更，無法入住，商家拒絕退款退房，且態度相當惡劣，與商家協商過程中老闆直接破口大罵，最後直接沒去住，商家還將訂單狀態更改為已入住，最後通過多種渠道維權協商，商家迫於無奈退款一半，且沒有做出任何道歉，在此給各位小夥伴避坑！
