Sheraton Ninghai ★★★★★

📍 No. 108 Tianming Middle Road, Taoyuan Subdistrict, Ninghai

"We stayed here over Christmas, and the hotel's public areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays – the festive atmosphere was just perfect! Everything from the overall environment, the room decor and layout, and the spaciousness, to the consistently attentive service, was absolutely flawless. The only minor drawback is that for a star-rated hotel, you have to go to the front desk every time to get toiletries. Moreover, the toiletries provided are quite basic, which is a stark contrast to the convenient experience offered by most hotels nowadays. While there was an environmental initiative years ago, this practice seems to have faded out, and it definitely lowers the guest experience. I hope the hotel can improve on this."

Hanya New Century Hot Spring Resort Ninghai ★★★★

📍 No. 666 Chunshui Road, Meilin Subdistrict, Ninghai

"Overall, the stay was quite good. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even upgraded us to a family room free of charge, and room service was prompt on several occasions. The only downside might be the hotel restaurant. The food selection was limited (mostly set meals), not great value for money, and the taste was just average. The hotel is near Yancang Mountain and a waterfall; it would be nice to spend some time hiking there. Tip: Getting a taxi back from the hotel can be difficult, so plan ahead."

Jinhai New Century Grand Hotel Ninghai ★★★★★

"Excellent choice in many ways from the location to the views to the swimming pool and breakfast… The only small hitches were the smokers (possibly encouraged by the ashtrays in the rooms and by the lifts) and the pool’s limited opening hours (a nuisance made even worse by the pool being at some point completely taken over by 20 children having a swimming lesson with three instructors and a million toys which made it impossible for any guest to even squeeze in)😯"

"The environment is pretty good, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, booking a room didn't include hot spring tickets, and using the outdoor hot springs cost extra. The hot spring in the room was just a bathtub, which wasn't impressive. They should really consider adding a proper hot spring pool on the outdoor terrace."

Ningbo Ninghai Xizi International Atour Hotel ★★★★

"The hotel environment is very good The parking lot is divided into open air and underground. You don’t have to worry when there are many customers and cars. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and they are also very patient when handling business processes. The hotel room is clean and the aunt is very nice. The TV and smart devices in the room are very sensitive The restaurant is on the 9th floor and the variety is quite good. It has everything you need. The hotel also provides free late-night snack service. Pastries and other snacks are available for guests to taste between 9:30 and 11:00 p.m. Invoices are issued quickly"

Hanya New Century Hot Spring Resort Ninghai ★★★★

"The hotel environment is very nice; it must be even more beautiful in the summer when the grass is green. The breakfast was just average, with limited variety, and the wontons were rather perfunctory. It's also difficult to get a taxi from the hotel; it takes about half an hour to hail one, so driving is the best option, as the hotel is located in the mountains and is not easy to drive through. The service was excellent. Fiona was professional and enthusiastic, constantly sending WeChat messages to check on me and help me throughout my stay. She was very warm and attentive. Another lovely lady, Zhenzhen, helped me get to the station when I couldn't get a taxi; it was incredibly heartwarming. The hot spring was very comfortable, quiet, and offered excellent privacy, making it a perfect weekend getaway. I experienced five-star service at this hotel! I would definitely come back next time! Thank you both for your positive reviews!"
