This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

Orange Hotel, good hotel! First of all on respiratory spoke English, it is a big plus. Another minus spoke Russian, and this is still a big plus. Very responsive workers on respiratory. I can put 100 points for them! Breakfasts are good, hotel is modern. In the room there are several lighting scripts, automatic opening and closing curtains, and still a nice Xiaodou Xiaodou. Great TV and pleasant lighting. Of the downsides, almost all rooms smoke and smell.

The hotel was good. Staff is helpful and polite. Everything went smooth. Rooms were nice looking but it would be better if they'd put more attention to the cleaning. The only problem I had was there was a sound of running water kept coming in my room the whole night which made me so annoyed.

As soon as I entered the door, I saw a cockroach drilled out of the table, and I didn’t know where to put my feet. After standing by the door, I sent a message to the front desk. As a result, no one returned to me on the Internet, so I called the front desk directly. After that, someone did come up and changed me to a slightly better room. But there are still oil stains on the table. Think about it or forget it. Hygiene is inevitable. It is really tired and hungry. I wiped it with a paper towel. This is still a small problem. It makes me a little unbearable. The next day I always feel that something is wrong with me. It may be my heart problem. And I'm a little wondering if slippers aren't disposable?

I am a platinum member and have the right to check out at 2pm, but the service staff did not seem to extend my checkout until 2pm, and after 12pm I went to them to apply for a room extension and they took a long time to process it. When I went to do laundry and had to go up and downstairs, I couldn't get into the room. I had to call twice before someone came over to open the door for me. But in other cases, I asked the cleaning staff to open the door, and it was almost two o'clock before there was one. Take care of this matter. My room card was not extended until two o'clock. It should be because I left in two hours. All the services were very negative and I was very angry.
