房間大，湖景房景色好，游泳池水質好。東錢湖的日落很美，早餐環境不錯，工作人員有服務意識，走廊擺設不錯。

環境很好但地理位置比較偏，不開車出門不方便，周邊幾乎沒店，吃飯最近得開到三公裡外的老街，外賣也點不到什麼，房間分佈在三四五號樓，自駕車可以開到樓下，也有接駁車，去前台和餐廳可以打電話叫，雖然開業有些年頭，設施維護得還可以，當天還有人在辦草坪婚禮，房間淋浴的出水切換器壞了，早餐出品有點簡陋，很多都是冷凍食品加熱
