"An overall memorable experience at Club Mahindra Derby Green. It is located in the heart of the town, making it convenient to visit restaurants and other shops without an extensive drive. The highlight of our trip was the E-bike tour guided by Akshai Kavi, which took us through beautiful pines, tea estates and other places that held our interest. He also gave us a wealth of information about the town and the indigenous tribes and their customs. The tour was relaxing, educational and memorable. Justin helped us choose the places to visit - each was just what we had wanted. All in all, a good place to chill out and enjoy Ooty."

She acted as though we were supposed to work for her and was unresponsive whenever we asked for assistance. "While the hotel itself is a lovely heritage property and the rooms are decent, our stay was overall a major disappointment and did not offer value for money. The food quality was below expectations, and the staff was distant and indifferent, rarely interacting with guests. Additionally, sleeping was difficult due to the lack of air conditioning—which is definitely needed during warmer days—and monkeys running across the roof at night making a lot of noise. Unless the management improves the dining quality, room comfort, and staff hospitality, it is hard to justify the price point."

"Wallwood Garden is an overpriced bed & breakfast homestay with an exorbitant price tag! The name or fame of Neemrana is almost invisible, not sure why. Please see the picture of the dilapidated board in front of the property, which is claiming itself to be a 'non-hotel' hotel! - A very welcoming receptionist lady (although the reception is again almost non-existent). - Cycles available for guests. - Well maintained property will lots of floral plants across. - Quality of food is below average. Dining area is full of mosquitos. The serving staff is not very friendly. - Rooms have no soundproofing, you will hear the conversations of the guests staying in the next room! And you will hear the honks of vehicles all *****! - No TV in some rooms, very small sized non-smart TVs in some other rooms. Only one smart TV is there in the common area. - Wardrobes in rooms are almost of no use (see the attached photo to understand what I mean!) In short, you will never get a real value for money here, 10K+/night. The photographs of the property or the rooms as being presented, are not the real representation of the actual state of affairs."
